A comfortable atmosphere coupled with great attentiveness by all the staff. They exercise all the steps to assure your safety during this COVID period. An on site restaurant and pool bar are well staffed and the food is great and reasonably priced. Volleyball bingo and corn hold will keep you as active as you want.

Everyone is so friendly and you feel very welcomed.

Caribbean Palm is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Two pools, restaurant, swim up bar, clean rooms, free transportation to beaches cheerful n helpful staff adds to make this a "to go" place.

Complex is very nice and clean. People are helpful and friendly. The only problem seems to be the reservations. We’re an owner got there on Saturday only to find out they rented our room out. “Gave” us another room comes to find out they gave us another owners room and had to move them. Hopefully they can figure out a better system.

Off the beaten path but super service. Shuttle to beach very convenient.

3stars. Only because the swim up pool bar was closed for our entire 7 night stay. The pool reopened on Friday August 23rd, but not the bar. The new pool is fabulous, wish we could have experienced pool bar. The water aerobics instructor was awesome. She was the only visible staff. We owned since 2005 & office staff use to be a lot more visible. They walked around pool area frequently & mingled with guest. We no longer know anyone by name or face since Leo left years ago.

We find ourselves returning to this fantastic resort over and over again. The rooms are beautifully appointed, modern bathrooms, full kitchen and balcony. It is quiet (no roosters). The resort is spotlessly maintained. The pools are comfortable. The restaurant food is delicious. The ambiance at night with all the lighting is amazing. It is centrally located and security is tight but never intrusive. We will be back in a few months for More.

The price was good for a 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room and a terrace. The second bedroom had a kitchenette with its own bathroom. The only downside was the location from the beach. We only ate breakfast at the restaurant on site. They have two pools and a poolside bar. We never got in we went to the beach everyday. There are restaurants in n w as long distance and as bout a 15 minute walk downtown where there are more shops and restaurants. The rooms and furniture could use an update.

Good place. The pools are nice. It's more on the quiet side and not within walking distance to very much. Having a rental car was great. Wifi was good. The rooms are ok. The floors were extremely dirty. I don't think they were cleaned the entire time we were there.

To start off my experience was amazing from beginning to end. I didn't know what to think at first by with reading the review on-line I began to feel a little better. I was so many things that impressed me such as the customer service from each and every staff member, bar staff and security service person that I had come into contact with. I was really impressed that they had the bed bug cover on the mattress when I saw that I was like winners. The pool were nice and clean, the gym was so very useful for my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Chill resort. 10 minute drive to the town, taxi is $10. They have a poolside bar and a restaurant. The actual room we had was a bit old school when it came to the furniture. We paid $99 a day for a 1 bedroom apartment and a studio apartment.

Great hotel to stay at if you're looking for a more calm and relaxed vacation. Compared to the usual high rise hotels; the Caribbean Palm tends to cater more towards a mature audience. There are some families with children here and here, but it still remains peaceful and quiet. Housekeeping services are fantastic and the rooms always smell nice and clean. My only complain however, is the new re-modeled pool. On the deep end there are lots of stairs/steps under the water with no indication. I've seen a couple of people trip on these while getting in and out of the pool, so just a heads up!

Great staff and a great time for a more local experience. The view wasn't the greatest when the balcony was facing not towards the pool. Beds are very firm and the kitchen has sufficient amount of supplies.

I loved the place off the beach but inexpensive & Clean great service. Staff was great I would highly recommend it to everyone. Also the facility had an on campus restaurant that had nightly special like all you can eat steak for 23 dollars that was a Home Run. I plan on returning Excellento.

Overall our stay was good. My only true complaint was out of the 4 days we stayed two of them we went without hot water. Informed the front desk but that got us nowhere. The room was a little dated but overall ok. As for the staff, they were top notch, super friendly just not accommodating to the hot water situation. Price was right. We booked the day before checking in and I wanna say it was $300 for four nights. The restaurant at there was above average. Prices were decent compared to how expensive everything is in Aruba. I’d probably stay there again.

Home away from home. Two pools. You can cook in your room or grill outside. Restaurant is also on premises if you don't want to cook. Grocery store is just a 2 minute walk away. Free shuttle to the beaches.

This is our second stay at this resort. We love it here. It's like a home away from home.

The staff is warm, friendly and accommodating. The facility is very well maintained. It is close to the beach while having a comfortable distance from the hustle and bustle of palm beach. I strongly recommend it to anyone who will listen.

When we first arrive the a. C in the original room was warm. 3e were placed in another and moved back to our room and the a. C was fixed for us to adjust. I was upset there weren't complimentary coffee in the morning. Overall I was pleased.

This is a nice timeshare. Staff is not overly friendly but they are accommodating. The 2 pools are clean and beautiful. However the depths are not marked correctly. It is up to my chin where it is marked 6 feet and I'm only 5 feet 5 inches. The pool bar is quiet while the 2nd pool is where the crowd and noise is. We stayed in a 1st floor by the pool, very convenient. The facility is very secure and you need your keep to enter the grounds and enter the building corridors. The corridors are old and show their age but the room was beautiful. Our 1 bedroom was huge. The bedroom was slightly larger than our living room. The kitchen is stocked. I love that they have plastic storage containers something we always struggle with them we have a timeshare. Having a place to put leftovers we cook is wonderful. The 2 bathrooms are updated and new. There is no tub as both bathrooms have nice tiled walk in showers. There are plenty of bath towels that are changed as often as you like. Maid service comes each day to exchange the towel and empty trash. They leave plenty of soap, paper towels and dish washer powder. Only thing you need is shampoo as that is not provided. Free Wi-Fi is offered by the pool and in the lounge. With our pool side room I got Wi-Fi done in the room too. The new restaurant Kiana is wonderful. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. They offer a variety of all you can eat nights between $15 and $20 US dollars. They even have pizza. Check out their menus online.

If you are looking for excellent service, attention, cleanliness, friendly atmosphere be the place for you. It's not elegant but if you have everything you need the apartment the one we stayed in had everything we needed even 2 bathrooms. The housekeeper service is perfect they come every morning and make your room. Our room includes kitchen, a bedroom with large bed and comfortable, 2 TV with very good channels, a sofa, closet and safe. I find it an ideal place for you to stay. We also had a small terrace overlooking the pool in which we could enjoy a pleasant time. The reception is something very important in a hotel and all the workers at the front desk have a friendly deal, in general all the employees of this place are very good even the security ones. The location of this place is very good as nearby there are supermarkets shops and restaurants down the street which is on one side you find variety from Chinese food, Indo food, all in all so a great variety of place around this resort.

The room/apartment is not the prettiest, but it is quite equipped and large.

Great resort set one mile inland away from the crowded high-rises. Resort has two pools, one has a swim up bar. There are two hot tubs and and on site restaurant. Rooms are spacious, most have full kitchens. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Daily Shuttles to the beach are provided and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It's a home away from home.

Great place if you are not looking for beach front, busy place. Located inland 1 mile off Palm Beach. 2 pools, swim up bar, hot tubs, restaurant scheduled to be open soon? Some recreational activities, water aerobics, pool volleyball, bingo, blackjack tournament. Weekly visits by tour promoters who offer discounts on tours. Staff helpful with reservations. It is a timeshare resort however there was no hard sell pressure to buy happening. Low key, but close enough to everything (it is a small island). Agreement with, and daily shuttle to Moomba Beach, car rental on premises. (not the best deals) Great family place.

It is merely ok. The Arubian female receptionist was a disaster, not friendly at all and she charged my credit card without my consent. The rooms and the resort are up to standard, although a bit dated.

The new bar restaurant is horrible! Actually no restaurant. Just a bad bar. The rooms were fine. And service was good.

Love the resort staff is friendly and always helpful. Since sweetpeppers is no long there there is a serious lack of night life. The bar closed the other night at 8pm! That is a let down this year.

Shhhh… this place is our little secret.
The staff is wonderful and always helpful. Our rooms are always clean. We have the privilege of coming here every year to see friends who have become family. Some of the staff we consider family as well. The grounds are very nice. If you want to lounge by the pool, you have your choice of two. It is 5 minutes from palm beach, and being away from the beach has it's benefits. It's not as touristy as it is by the high rises. We enjoy being able to get away from it all and relax here.

We loved the resort, very clean, super helpful and sweet staff & the beach is only a shuttle ride away!
My only complaint is that the restaurant was under construction (but we discovered two delicious food trucks 2 parking lots away — so we were happy) and the pool bar never seemed to be open when we were in the pool! Our housekeeper Anarella, was so wonderful! If we ever go to Aruba again, we will definitely stay here!

Good accomodations. Newly renovated pool. Additional hotel rooms being constructed, but no restaurant. Fitness center is bare minimum. 5 minute drive to the Beach.

A number of different pools, so everyone can relax by the pool. Rooms have reasonable accommodations. However, no restaurant and the fitness center is minimal at best.

Had a great time my first time ever ty to Doris Gaetta and Ben for the invite its so Beautiful there ventured out to do things. Lots of great fun. Nearby. Had lots of Fun!

Far from the beach (for waking) about I mins drive. But place is clean and fun you stay in.

It's awesome and it makes it feel like you actually live there as a resident and at the same time You're Still Water Resort and you could do enjoy all real Aruba not these resorts on the beach we never get to meet anybody it was great I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed my stay! Employees were professional, welcoming and helpful — thank you! The resort is located about 1.5 miles away from Palm Beach and offers shuttle service to other nearby beaches.

It was first time with my family and a friend with kids. I like the place it's nice and beautiful, rooms are quite big and clean. Except front desk staff not all but one lady was little fresh in replying and no patience to attend the client in a nice polite way. And the security outside wont let you park a second car without a paper which front desk never explained that you need for parking and you are allowed only one car parking per room. If the family has two car than you are stuck. They don't really corporate with you in any manner and they will literally through you out saying go park somewhere outside of the hotel premise doesn't matter what time of the night you reach. And I saw lot of cars without papers parked. They should consider client safety first.

It's simply the best choice in Aruba, it's near to all the beaches, downtown, airport. The place is very relaxing and quiet. I would recommend it for couples and families as well. Great place to stay in vacation.

At first coming in, it was a nice resort but be careful with its assistance because they are very limited. The resort offers free beach towels but only from 9-4 but it won't be open at 9 you have to wait 9:30-45. They offer complimentary rides to the beach but each time attempted to go (1 or 2pm) it's closed and on Saturdays there are no drivers so it's closed as well. The hour sign at the activity center is mon-sun but no one is ever there. It's our last day and our AC is apparently broken. Very musty and smells like mildew. I would spend more money for a better stay somewhere else.

Excellent Resort for large families, large rooms, good pool, restaurant has a small Gym and very lively with the shows staff mounted. Unique detail which has no beach but there is good public transport and if rent car don't have problems beaches to choose.

A great family friendly resort with awesome restaurant on site that has incredible staff and bar. The restaurant definitely is a plus at the resort. Definitely would stay here next visit.

This was our 3rd year and next year we our staying 1 month. The staff is fantastic! And so is the food. The best vacation destination ever!

The overall atmosphere is good, yet there Wi-Fi is beyond imagination.

I stayed here for about two weeks. The staff were very friendly about anything me or my friends needed. There's a restaurant inside this "resort" called Sweet Peppers and the staff / bartenders are wicked nice! Hotel room are nice and clean, Wi-Fi okay and a nice pool / jacuzzi to go along with it. Although it's located in a not so city type environment, it's definitely worth staying.

Clean, convenient, helpful staff, great location, would definitely return.

I returned from a December trip and it is good to be home CPV is not what it used to be The communications and repairs to the resort where not what they said they had done Won't be going there again.

Did I say the food is great at. The restaurant.

The staff was not helpful with any questions about activities to do around the island. The staff was not very courteous. The room smelled of fresh paint and mildew. The handles to all the doors in the room were loose and falling off. The faucets were also loose and felt like you could break them just turning them on. Finally, the plumbing was terrible, you could have the water turned all the way cold and the water coming out of the faucet or shower head would be scalding hot, and when you wanted hot water you would only get it in spurts.

I've been three times in the hotel and everytime I go I go pleased and my family and I are very pleased with the attention and I am in family with staff.
