Brisas Studio Apartments

Amazing place to relax and chill. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and ammeneties were good. We could cook our own food and we had a private patio. Would definitely visit again.

We have known, Gaston (The owner) for at least 10 years from his prior hotel. We can't say enough about how wonderful Brisas Studio Apartments is. Gaston is the BEST and our unit had everything you could want from a welcome bottle of wine, basket of fruit, coffee and filters and even a shopping bag for the supermarket. Brisas is a peaceful, calm, and restful oasis complete with a very cute rescue dog named Muchacho! We are already missing you and Brisas and we WILL BE BACK! THANKS AGAIN GASTON.

OMG, did we ever LOVE this amazing apartment. It started with a pick at the airport by our amazing host Gaston.
We were so delighted the minute we opened the gate to our private yard/patio/dining/sitting area. It was filled with trees, ferns, flowering plants palms… just an incredible place to have your morning coffee. Then we walked into a fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge, coffee maker tea pot toaster and stove/oven. As well as enough supplies until you get to the store. Air conditioner in the main living area. Great little dining room-sitting are, and then into the private bedroom with a king size-super comfy bed. Lovely sheets and pillows. Amazing air conditioner right in the bedroom. Fantastically large modern bathroom with huge open shower private toilet with door and lots of supplies. Great towels, lovely window in the bathroom looking over the patio. Plenty of plug ins as well.
Now let me tell you about the extras. He had it all. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, coolers, ice packs, snorkeling equipment, and we used it all.
Gaston even drove us to the grocery store to get our supplies. Amazingly kind of him. He also gave us help in hiring a car for the week.
We used the super chill pool area only once, but the quiet little corner chill area was very nice and comfy.
We loved the roosters in the morning crowing away. This beautiful place is in a residential area, close to everything, and maybe a 15 minute drive to the airport.

We have been a customer of Gaston, the new owner of Brisas, for over 20 years. He is an outstanding man of great talent and integrity. His prior hotel was built from the ground up and was superb by all accounts including reviews on trip advisor and 3rd parties. It was a doctor's mansion and offices which Gaston transformed into beautiful hotel. He is a man of great vision. Two years ago he sold it and moved on to his next project : Brisas… again a former doctor's mansion and offices. It is now a first class hotel in Palm Beach. Top notch in every detail and highly regarded by reviews. Absolutely spectacular and immaculate. A true oasis. It's no wonder that Gaston is so highly respected as an outstanding businessman throughout the Island. Hat off to this true visionary!

We spent an amazing 4 days at Brisas! Everything exceeded our expectations! The apartment was big and full of amenities, the outdoor area was comfortable and relaxing and the host was super helpful and made us feel completely at ease during the stay.
Brisas made our stay in Aruba so much better and we will definitely come back again!

Nice little place with three private cabanas, your own patio area and plenty of lush greenery around. Air con worked well, cooking facilities was fine, no oven, but stove and all plate ware you’d need.
Freddy, the proprietor, is pleasant and helpful, only a phone call away or living next door.
Walk to the beach takes about 12-15 minutes; easy. Only issue I had were the neighbourhood dogs who would come out to the street and bark but only for the last half block to the accommodations. If you have a car then it’s not an issue but nice to walk and scope out restaurants en route.
Overall, a pleasant stay, the price was fair and your host is warm and comical.

Great stay! We loved the private garden with a table, chairs, and hammock. They conveniently provided snorkeling gear, beach towels, and a beach bag. Marlon was a fantastic host and we appreciated the room cleaning 3x's per week. The welcome drink and water bottles was a nice surprise.
Note that the bathroom is small with little counter space. Was perfect for us, but might not be ideal if you spend lots of time on hair and makeup.

This was our fourth trip to Aruba and second stay at Brisas — having stumbled upon these apartments when booking our last trip, we had such a great experience we had to return.
Brisas is perfectly located, tucked away from the noise of Palm Beach yet still just a short 5-10 minute drive from the best beaches of Aruba. The apartments are so thoughtfully decorated and clean and we made good use of the patio for eating many of our meals.
But best of all, Freddy and Marlon make you feel like family. When we arrived this time, Marlon greeted us with "Welcome home! " and offered us both a welcome drink. The hospitality is the best we've encountered in our travels and one of the main reasons we have no reservations to book anywhere but here whenever we return to Aruba.

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Wonderful shaded patio with hammock. Marlon was a delightful welcomer and Freddy helped me with a great rental car. It’s only about a 1/2 mile walk to beach but with car you can get to the more beautiful remote beaches. And Freddy provides great, comfortable beach chairs! Highly recommend.

Such a cute and comfy apartment, much bigger than we were expecting for the price with all the amenities of home. Marlon was one of the staff members who took great care of us and told us about the island as it was our first trip to Aruba. We can't wait to go back again and you can be sure we will be staying at Brisas again. The porch was so nice to sit in at any time of day.

My husband and I just spent a week at Brisas in Aruba to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had the most wonderful time! The apartment was so clean and cute! The decor was classy and tasteful. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was very safe. Marlon, the hostess, was so helpful, welcoming and warm. We absolutely adore her! We also met Luis and Lola (the most beautiful black dog), a friend of the owner who was staying in the main house. Luis was so warm and lovely too, and he actually took us out on New Year’s Eve for a drive around Oranjestad, Palm beach and Nord. The Aruban people are incredible! We could walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, but we did rent a car so that we could venture further. We cooked many meals at the apartment, and went out for a few to taste the local cuisine. If you are looking for a more authentic Aruban experience away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts, you should stay here!

Just got back from my second stay at Brisas. Stayed for most of September of 2021 and another 9 days January 2022.
The grounds and property are beautiful and very well maintained. Marlon was as helpful as could be as a hotel manager. The cleaning lady Adelsa was very thorough and cleaned the entire property three times per week.
The room was large and in great shape and we enjoyed the private garden and hammock daily.
Loved the complimentary snorkeling equipment.
Great AC and Wifi.
10 minute drive to the beach and incredible snorkeling.
Will be back again.

Wonderful apartment and staff! My husband and I made the perfect choice by staying at Brisas. The studio apartment was immaculate, smelled awesome, great size room, kitchenette and bathroom. Most importantly, Brisas is private and secured. We had zero worries during our stay here. The location is ideal and served as a perfect headquarter for us. The apartment is very close to all the Palm Beach action, Palm Beach Strip, restaurants, resorts, hotels, shops at an affordable cost. Finally, our hostess, Marlon and the housekeeping lady were so accommodating. They were both extremely friendly and polite. Thank you ladies! Dario and I will return to Brisas on our next trip to Aruba.

Been to aruba many times and usually stay on Palm Beach. This is MUCH better value.
Incredible 1 bedroom apartment/hotel room. Incredible ownership. Marlon and everyone there provided the best service you could expect. The grounds are very nice and secure. Very well maintained. AC works great. Comfortable beds. Good Wi-Fi. The only thing is that you will need a car to get around efficiently. Still it's not that far of a walk to the beach or to more commercial areas. Incredible snorkeling nearby.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at Brisas. Its a wonderful, off the beaten path place to stay. You could walk to the beach if you chose. Its not a resort, there is no pool, but who wants to sit at a pool while your in Aruba. We always rent a car and spend our days exploring the island and its many wonderful sites and beaches. Its a great place to relax and enjoy.
