Good: the location, the price.
Bad: everything else.
The pictures are misleading. Bathroom was the absolute worse. Pool looked very unkept. Beds were smaller sizes placed next to each other. No TVs, No A/C, No kitchen appliances etc.
To make things worse, the staff (the older woman) was 'fake friendly' / insincere.
The cancelation policy is ridiculous. We reserved the place a few (2-3 hrs) before we got there, once we saw that the place did not meet the conditions we expected and did not match the photos, we expressed wanting to cancel and they said the options are pay 75% of the cost.

Everyone, my experience was different there. When I came in from December 28th through December 31st, 2024, Ms. Barbara was very friendly and outgoing and my stay there has never been a problem to me, and whenever I come back to Aruba, I’ll most likely return here! Thank you Ms. Barbara!

This location is falsely advertised! This is not a waterfront location. It is in the middle of a subdivision. The "penthouse " was a dirty 2 bedroom with 1 ac unit and another non functioning one. There were many broken things in the unit. The bathroom faucet handle came off in my hand! The repair person came to fix it and left our unit door wide open leaving our place unsecured! There was NO toaster, coffee maker, microwave, beach supplies, toliet paper, paper towels… well you get the drift.
When we left we were expected to clean this grossly dirty place… We did with our own cleaning supplies fearful she would charge us! As soon as we wrote a lesson than favorable review she claimed damages.
We never saw any chemicals or maintenance being done to the pool so we didn't use it!
She runs 3 different businesses at the location. Harmony Hotel, Palmita hotel and Hostel and Chez Lily.
She also has 3 personas. Barbara, lily and elivira!
I would n ot recommend staying here!
