Ser'i Bucurui Accommodations

Very, very poor business standards. We booked a two bedroom apartment in February 2023 for a month long stay in February 2024. The night BEFORE our flight we received notification that they had cancelled our reservation. They didn't tell us, we found out because we reached out to them since we hadn't heard from them. We were given a lame excuse that the place had been sold. But it was funny how they were still advertising apartments at more than double the price we had paid! It was very, very difficult to find last minute accommodations for a full month at a reasonable price. As it is by the end of the month we will have had to move to four different locations and at one location, move between rooms several times. It will end up costing us additional money as well.
The place looks nice — we visited it last year — but the customer service was the worst we have ever seen on the island (this is our 6th trip).

Because they accept and confirm and then cancel on you. So beware because you will have to cancel all your plans. Beware…

Had a pleasant stay at their apartment. Great balcony view, great neighborhood and the ease of checking in and out is TOP!

We stayed as a family of 5 in a 2 bedroom for 7 days. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was great for cooking breakfast and preparing lunches. The pool area is beautiful and very clean. The owner was on site at least once a day so if you needed anything it was taken care of quickly. It is located in close proximity to the high rise and low rise hotel areas where most of the action is. You definitely need to rent a car if your going to stay here. We will stay here again when we return to the island.

Very nice appartments and nice and quiet great place to relax! I highly recommend this place!
