Had really great experience staying in Qefo with my family The location is great with an amazing view, rooms are cozy and clean, food is very delicious and diverse. Staff are very decent and friendly, especially owners, they really know how to create warm atmosphere and communicate properly with guests. In short, when visiting Lori, stay in Qefo and enjoy real armenian hospitality!
A very beautiful place, the owners are very hospitable. Fabulous view.
The restaurant has delicious and rich food, excellent service. The chef is great.
The hotel is very clean and fits all European style standards.

We stayed their with family and it has nothing to do with a hotel. It’s a restaurant where locals have birthday celebrations. They have several rooms and everywhere it is written as a hotel, it’s not a hotel it’s a restaurant. We weren’t lucky and on that day there was a birthday party, the music was laud until 11pm. The staff didn’t care when we were asking to turn off the music, since kids couldn’t go to sleep. Very rude response and if you have questions you can come and talk to our director. Overall not recommended, limited breakfast (bread was old) small rooms, no amenities. We wanted to dine there, the waiter said that there is no menu, so we left and had a dinner at Zarni Parni. In the morning the staff tried to please but too late.
