Room to concierge desk to ask for towels q there was not in the room, no one helped us with luggage to go up to the hab nor accompanied us, it is not easy to be placed inside.

We were staying in the hotel from 14/04 to 16/04 while we find a nice hotel without many pretensions, no doubt in along of our stay was widely shown.
received us without the minimum details of cordiality, without be accompanied us matches with a room unfinished accommodate, the next day we arrived at 6 pm. And room not cleaned had we offered to do so but it was not the time when we wanted to rest.
no doubt there are many details that left passengers disgruntled.
We are confident that this comment will serve to improve.
