Lovely hotel. EXCELLENT attention…

Confee but having hot water is like wining the lottery, you must wait like 15min or more for the hot water to come. Not a 4 stars hotel.

Good location. Old rooms. Modern bathroom.
Good breakfast.
Disturbing heating noise.

Comfortable hotel, its staff is friendly. The room is comfortable, and the hotel itself keeps the cleanliness constantly. For breakfast there is variety when choosing and very rich what they offer. The location is the best, it is close to everything sewn to the city. The only negative, the hotel restaurant was closed.

All very well. Only the entrance is confusing. The address is on AV maipu. But L Estrada is closed and entered by Lasere.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Independence as we don't have to leave the key to the room at reception every time one comes out. The location.
The negative: heating, veeeeery low, or off, which is a terrible misconception that makes you want to go to sleep somewhere else. A shame but I can not go back to choose it x this cause.

Nice place. Close to harbour, the port, museums, tourist office and shops restaurants. Great Wi-Fi. Don't forget to get x2 stamps each at Post Office and Tourist office.

I liked the spa, the attention very affectionate and friendly. The design of the bathrooms very nice. They should improve the plasmas (TV) in the rooms and the breakfast has many very sweet variety (high in sugar).

Classic-style Hotel. Excellent location for those who are short time and want to go out for lunch or walk around the city. Located right in front of where the sailings leave. Good breakfast.

Excellent location in Ushuaia, but our room was very small & noisy. The buffet breakfast is excellent as well though, and staff were generally very helpful.

Excellent breakfast, very good reception and attention. Nice common spaces although it lacks to modernize elements in the room (LED TV with a variety of channels — football coded). It is a very good place to stay. It's worth it.

This was a great hotel. We only stayed one night but it was relaxing. The room is tight and there’s arent individual thermostats but the windows opened thankfully. The bathroom was fantastic. And the amenities were wonderful. We took full advantage of the beautiful hottub, steamroom and sauna. Staff was very welcoming and efficient. And the hotel itself is very pretty. And clean.

Good rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast. Although as with pretty much everywhere in Patagonia, the internet sucks quite badly. Hurts more when it's a comparatively expensive rate!

Excellent hotel in the center of the end of world city, Ushuaia.

Not great we were first shown to a pokey sub terranian room with a view of a patch of weeds a car park and some rubbish. After complaining we got an equally pokey room but on the street level so three stars instead of 2.

Excellent attention! They were always willing to help us and clear doubts. I would go again without hesitation! Maybe I would do a remodel to the rooms to make them more modern and bright.

Great location, nice rooms and friendly staff. Rooms don't have air conditioning which in this climate should be fine but for whatever reason the rooms were roasting hot and we had to sleep with windows open. At breakfast there were no staff to greet us and all tables were dirty. We had to clean our own table in order to find space to sit. None of this would be a deal breaker for me, however at the prices the hotel charges in comparison to local competition I certainly wouldn't choose this over somewhere that is more competitively priced.

Very good location and customer service. The rooms are comfortable and well heated to go in winter. I was in a single room and had everything I needed and the daily services were complete.

A very nice hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are comfortable. They have a safe. The full bathroom. Good cleaning service. It has dry and humid sauna plus Scottish shower, plus jacuzzi. It has massage service. At breakfast there are not many options for vegans, but there are fruit salad and nuts with cereals.

Good serviceable hotel/with breakfast right near the cruise ship dock and central to Ushuaia's downtown district. Only complaint is the weak Wi-Fi, but not sure if that could be improved. Restaurant looks great but we dined elsewhere, would have liked to try it.

Good for Ushuaia, the walls are a little thin so you can hear people in neighbouring rooms. However the staff are helpful and friendly. I would suggest good value for money.

It is too expensive for what it is, the Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms and do not have room service (I ordered a coffee and I had to go get it and pay for it at the time). Nor were warned that there was a picket line and it was impossible to sleep, they could have changed to another hotel of the chain.

The Gustin restaurant makes it worth while to travel this far.

Rooms need some updates. Because the hotel is located off a major road, there is noise from traffic. Not for the light sleeper.

Very expensive for what you have. It is not modeling. The bathrooms of the rooms are modern and nice but small. It is very dark.

It is quite acceptable. Really expensive, but this is the specificity of this town. Thought what the hotel embodies the spirit of the 70's. The Car was in the courtyard, the entrance to which is found at once. (Maybe minus me and not the hotel. ) Again quite acceptable.

Mice charge you $15 per levarte ice room.

By what I read before, the Yankee not be bench nothing, why not you went to a sheraton instead of learning to value a hotel in the ass in the world.

Although the staff were OK, I should have walked a few more blocks from the port to find a quieter place. I was so ready to be done with a long trip on a small boat that I would have taken any hotel (and did). Rates were terribly high (maybe I got the "dumb USA tourist" rate). The walls are so thin and the streets so horribly noisy (especially after 22:00) that sleeping was difficult. Also, there are no individual controls for room heat and the place felt like it was a sauna (and opening the window wasn't an option thanks to the street noise). Oh well, never again. Internet access was good.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in during my world travels. The hotel staff is rude, arrogant and condescending. Instead of a greeting and a smile, I receive a glare. I am staying here for two weeks on business and am amazed at their lack of consideration for my length of stay and lack of interest in assisting me with the few questions I have asked of them, such as where to find an exchange and self-service laundry. The information they have provided has been inaccurate. The service in the restaurant is slow at best and the staff is not attentive or expedient. The food is somewhere around a 4 on a scale of 1-10. The walls are paper thin, which does not lend itself to privacy. The housekeeping staff begin early in the morning, which is disruptive for sleeping. Hotel patrons stand directly outside the entrance and smoke, which drifts up into rooms when the windows are open. External maintenance to the hotel begins early in the morning and is loud. There is no true spa to speak of and the workout facility is dated for the 80s. The treadmill would be dangerous for a less experienced runner. The jacuzzi is unsanitary and would not pass health code standards in the US. The rooms are dated but somewhat clean. The linens could use some freshening. They have good hot water. There is a faint scent of urine throughout the entire hotel. The worst part about this hotel is the staff. I would rate this hotel as sub zero.
