Came here for a work trip. All of the staff enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and it was a nice atmosphere. I never felt unsafe in the area, but I also didn't have a need to walk around outside at night.

Comfortable rooms with nice view. They brought us champagne with complimentary chocolates.
For breakfast you have to queue and it is not so complete. In the Han 502 the shower knob is broken and it is very difficult to regulate the water temperature. Room temperature can't be adjusted.

The Hotel itself is spectacular at building level except for some maintenance details in the bathrooms, at least in the room we were touched. The staff were Very Friendly. The neighborhood is ugly and the gastronomic proposal in the City Center is bad and expensive.

It's just excellent. Room perfectly maintained in every detail, attention to check in fast and agile, unsurpassed breakfast. Pool, Jacuzzi and Bar in that very full area, and while it might not be in the centric area of the city, there is mobility accessible to move without inconvenience. I recommend it.

Excellent as the first time I Went. For 4 or 5 years that N9 hiba, by choice of another hotel closer to the Center. Stop going because Decayo and Pulman city center is still excellent. It is beautiful hotel, very luxurious and super full with casino, restaurants, and a mega pool, but it is a shame that being away from the center is so attached to the emergency village, generating a sense of Insecurity.

Good rooms No good location.

Attention in reservations and reception has been lousy. 5 times I complain about dishes with meals thrown by the same employees in the hallways. After 6 hours of the first claim they did something. Maintenance is lacking. Broken glass on the floor of my bathroom. Day 2. Again dishes with leftover food thrown in the hallway. Within four hours of my claims, you'll be approaching the elevator. Day 3. Equal. Bring a tray that was left lying in my hallway to reception. It was disgusting. The receptionist wanted to fight me… he skipped the thermal. Lousy. Common Windows… At night you hear every passing thing.

Excellent Hotel Casino. It is far from the center of Rosario. You can take a Remi. But if you want to live the hotel you have everything. Bars. Ice cream. Cafes. Shops. Restaurants. Pool. Gym. Hairdresser and many other things!

Not the best hotel I have ever been in. Huge Vegas style hotel. Had to change room on the 6th floor due to heavy machine humming sounds. Second room had no hot water. Generally rooms are build with poor quality.

The hotel is good, but it is located on the outskirts of the city have a shuttle service that take you downtown at certain hours so otherwise the service is very good the guys at the reception very friendly and you have the casino across the street with restaurants and place is to go out the spa is very nice and the pool area very nice too.

The hotel is fine but this is not a good location. It's a dangerous zone so don't walk outside at night. OK rooms. The mattresses are old and sink in the middle. Haha! Also bring an adapter and extention cord because they don't have any sockets near the beds or American sockets. Breakfast is good. Nice lobby music.

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms have details of lack of maintenance and the staff (except the people at reception) leave enough to be desired. The hotel is far from the center of Rosario and the restaurants and the bar of the pool take advantage of this, as the prices are high and the quality is low. The only thing redeemable from the gastronomy is the Rio ice cream parlor, which is delicious.
I don't think we'll go back.

Mucha takes 2 hours or more room service and speak of a drink which is something that does processing time. This infrastructure very well but that served if they are delayed for everything. It is not something that I expect from a hotel 5 stars.

The breakfast is excellent! always cordial attention! the pool not to be missed. Sure there are better hotels, but here not you going to go wrong, organized activities for children, with movies, games, snack ect. Already want to go back!
