Excellent hotel and attention, very nice rooms. I would choose it again without hesitation.

Well located, unbeatable service and breakfast with very rich homemade cakes, which are available all day with tea and coffee free of charge. Comfortable and spacious room, however too noisy and with ants. Something expensive.

Rooms without wardrobe/closet. T offer homemade coffee and totas all day… The coffee is cold or overheated. There are ants x all over the hotel. I don't come back anymore, I don't recommend it.

The beds had no sheets. Just a duvet. When we told the manager to give us some, he told us that the hotel policy was not to use the top sheets. It's not only absurd, it's unhygienic. We were two people and we didn't have a set of towels for each. When we claimed, the manager, instead of giving us the towels immediately discussed the order. Second fact totally absurd and unnecessary. It's not a cheap hotel. The value formoney equation is very bad. I don't recommend it. "Customer's coming back" and we're not coming back.

Very good experience. The room was very nice, clean and decorated with good taste. All new and good quality. All very friendly and correct. I don't know anything negative to mention. Recommended.

Beautiful! Excellent facilities, first class attention. Breakfast is from the 7am, we travelled to the 5am and we were ahead of breakfast, some geniuses. Thank you so much for everything!

Stop at this hotel a few years ago and I stay with that souvenir, a boutique hotel. But, as it is logical, the years have passed, and in the case of the 1412 the maintenance has not been the one that deserved a "luxury Hotel". Peeling walls, lack of paint, water problems. Everything looks like a lack of attention. One shame, Rosario has a lot of hotel offer and 1412, if not renewed, will be left behind.

Great place! Comfortable, very good care… And I was more happy, when I consulted if they had breakfast for Celiacs, and they said yes!

I bought three rooms, one of them cancelled, because we were traveling, three adults and 4 children dividríamos US 3, 3 and 2. We travel less and when I arrived I asked if I could cancel the room cancel and the receptionist of the night told me yes, that in the morning I would fix it. I used only two rooms, in the morning and in a VERY BAD WAY I did not CANCEL THE ROOM I did not use, I was treated as if they were doing ME a favor, I felt directly that they were ripping me, I paid with card and I went crying disconsolately. I don't recommend it at all. The breakfast is poor, the cakes are not for all tastes, the juice is artificial, the receptionist in the morning, IS NOT HAPPY WORKING THERE, and the night you see I did not know that I would not cancel the room. Horrible!

I suggest avoiding this hotel. Too expensive for the service it offers. Lack of maintenance. Poor cleaning. Unhealthy breakfast. In favor: nice beds and spacious rooms, but with a smell of humidity. The window, an example of the abandonment you can see in the photo.

Room 303 is good in general with the exception of the bathroom which was very humid in one of its walls, broken extractor, and fungi on the roof and ceramic board.
The windows facing the internal courtyard, at least those on the third floor were deteriorated (rust), you can see lack of maintenance in general.
Breakfast is very limited, cakes (which were very good) and toasted with butter and sweet.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The decoration of the being that makes the breakfast at the same time is very nice.
The garage is located at 120 meters and has an additional cost of 240 pesos per day, this cost added to the price of the room is a very high amount for the poor service offered.
Last but not least, I want to make it clear that anyone who answers Internet criticism is rude (allegedly the owner).

Excellent attention, the facilities are very comfortable, ideal to enjoy on the weekends I return to visit Rosario.

With Anna we spent 15 days in this charming small hotel in the centre of Rosario. We felt like in a family, in a clean environment, staff is extremely helpful and tolerant (liberates the room very late) and of course, if and when we return to the Rosary, I stayed still.

Comfortable and cute. The staff very friendly. Only thing is appearing the ants if you leave something similar to food, but not them low so.
