Excellent attention and is a beautiful place!

Very good attention, cleanliness, has garage. The breakfast was very good and the price was affordable. Great location.

Bad, too highly rated on the Booking page and it is not. I wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend it. Too expensive for your services. All in bad shape. Bad maintenance.

I will start from better to worse, the best thing about this hotel is the location, well in the center, close to everything, easy access, variety of places to go out to eat shopping area, the next thing I highlight free parking, half points the average abitacion Depressing, does not have a single picture, the old TV, bathroom although assortment with shower things, also lacks updating, hard bed. Reception FEA lacks a face painted loose points only 2 lifts for 2 people of which always 1 was out of service, as soon as I had to climb 5 floors with the suitcase because they did not walk any of the 2, use more stairs than the elevator.

Very nice hotel, has restaurant service! Spacious, clean, very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms, it is better the theme of the ventilation as the carpets absorb a lot of humidity and it shows in the smell.

Typical provincial hotel located in the center of the city. Installations somewhat old, maintained dignified. Cordial attention, rooms at the limit of comfort. Simple but rich breakfast. Very basic restaurant Menu but good quality. Acceptable choice for a couple of days of work.

Located in the center of the city of San Juan, not the maximum X comfort and welcome, but valid.

Nice and spacious. With comfortable parking. Ample staircases with details in wood and also quite stone. The restaurant only works at noon and is good. Full and varied breakfast. Several meeting rooms with different sizes. Generally well catered for. The Internet should improve. Maintenance should improve and update TVs. Very good showers. Well located.

Neglect and indifference rub off on abuse. Totally inconsiderate. I didn't like it. If the rooms are not in condition, they should not offer them and at the price that is high. When we complained we were told that there were no rooms of the conditioned. Why didn't you report it at the time of charging? There was no garage. It had to be left badly parked in the side. Breakfast: no surprises. Mediocre and lousy price-quality ratio.

Employees were really, really nice and tried really hard to help. Room needed redoing and was badly scuffed and frayed. Air con leaked on carpet constantly. Bread products at morning breakfast were insanely bad (like virtually all bread products we had in argentina). Tried literally for two whole days to have staff scan and email some legal documents to office in United States. I was willing and anxious to give the staff large sums of money for completing this really, really simple task. After two days of unexplained frustration, I gave up and took my business documents to another storefront several blocks away. I literally couldn’t do any business from this hotel. Don’t they ever scan and email documents internationally? I was constantly emailing documents while in San Juan on the hotel Wi-Fi and on all sorts of local bar Wi-Fi’s making it obvious that they simply couldn’t figure out how to work the “scan” button on their scanner. Very strange and a missed opportunity for them since the amounts of money involved would have justified some lucrative tips far, far, far beyond what they would have ever dreamed possible.

The best thing you have is the point where it is located. They should improve their image as it is not so modernized. The service they offer is good. It has a pool on the terrace. The food is good. Breakfast is very complete.

The hotel is in the middle and the best is the solarium with the pool and the attention of the employees. It would be lacking to renovate a bit the hallways and some rooms but they are still very comfortable and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel, the room has an acceptable size, it hurts that when you enter you feel an ugly smell, I reckon from the carpet you've known better times. The bathroom has new fixtures, the attention of the staff was cordial and the breakfast very full. It has things to improve but is highly recommended for the location and services it provides.

Very good attention. Sobriety in everything. My room overlooking the pool and the plaza may 25th very clean. Simple nothing sophisticated but correct.

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms and the common spaces are spacious. It is noted that it is a hotel with several years already, which has been maintained but has not changed its structure. Clean hotel with underground parking garage. Room decor is dated. Bathroom in my room was recently redecorated and had a more modern feel. Free in-room secure Wi-Fi, great central location to restaurants and local attractions. Courteous staff. Make sure to ask for a non smoking room if you don't smoke, not sure if they set aside rooms for non smokers but at least they will check it before it is assigned to you.
