I had an excellent experience at Hotel restaurant. I ordered the ojo de bife, and it was perfectly prepared—juicy, flavorful, and truly satisfying.

Excellent stay in Salta. Classy hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent room, and delicious breakfast. Couldn’t recommend enough for a calm stay in close proximity to the sights of Salta.

The room was large with a kitchen small sitting area with 2 comfortable chairs and a separate bedroom area with a cupboard which had plenty of hangers.

First class location. Staff are excellent and the whole place a haven of peace and quiet. Rooms are tastefully decorated and public areas are charming.

There are many boutique hotels everywhere nowadays, but this place is really out of the league.

We spent 3 nights at MG Design. We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel next time.

We liked this hotel, probably the best in Salta. Big rooms, comfy beds. Shower could be better. Breakfast was small, and not in proportion to a 5 stars hotel.

Fantastic experience from check-in thru the duration of our stay. The library is such a beautiful space to enjoy a glass of wine and relax for a bit.

The best hotel in Salta! We stayed 2 nights in November 2025. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. An oasis of peace and calm in the busy city.

Charming hotel right in the center of Salta! I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel Colonial with my family last April during my second trip to Argentina and first trip to Salta.

The Balcón is next to the main square in Salta. The staff are very nice, the rooms are good and clean and breakfast was excellent. There is no parking and the garage next door is $30k a night.

Balcón de la Plaza is such a beautiful hotel! It is central to the busy plaza but so quiet and peaceful within the hotel.

Everything was great, location was within pickup-area for guided tours, the room was very clean, staff very helfpul & friendly. Breakfast was also okay. Overall good value for money.

We’ve had an amazing 5 night stay at KKala. The breakfast was good and plentiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was wonderful, especially Paula.

Bang smack in the middle of Salta, two blocks from the main plaza 9th July this hotel has huge rooms on the ground floor, facing away from the street so nice and quiet and dark rooms.

Excellent, good value hotel about 1km from main Plaza opposite railway station. Great location, close to restaurants/bars. Very clean, super rooms, not too big but modern and well furnished.

A lovely hotel conveniently located just nine blocks from the old town center. Around the corner, you’ll find a vibrant street lined with restaurants, some featuring live music and dancers.

Lovely character hotel in a great location for a safe 10 mins walk to the main square. Nice restaurants too only a block away, and less touristy than main square.

We stayed at La Candela over 12 years ago, and had no hesitation in rebooking for a longer stay this time. It’s located just 4 or 5 blocks away from Plaza 9 de Julio, this charming town’s main square.
