The hotel was great! Although it isn't close to the downtown, the place has everything you need. The personnel is kind and very keen on helping guest with any situation. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and clean, with a small shower. The beds are soft and the TV has enough channels to fulfill all preferences. Only bad point is the breakfast buffet, which is the same everyday and has to little options. Overall 8.5/10

Room 1131 bathroom covered, hours to change room. A single person attending. Of terror. I'm never stepping on this place again. A waste of time.

A spectacular place to rest and recreate the view! The staff was very friendly and helpful and attentive. The facilities, all clean and tidy, plus all decorated with a very good taste. The views of the lake and the mountains are unbeatable! And the temperature inside the hotel is very cozy. The parts possess additionally temperature controllers to accommodate according to the taste of each one. The food service of the hotel is expensive but excellent. They have thematic days where they prepare typical dishes, high mountain, etc. And the breakfast buffet is spectacular! Very varied and all fresh! With the plus of having a very relaxing view of the lake while one breakfast…

"It's a beautiful hotel, modern, new, clean, excellent breakfast, furniture, terminations and materials (openings! ) " They are of excellent category and as mentioned another traveler the staff is very attentive: in winter I would have put excellent.
But … I went in the summer. Fortunately I was touched by fresh days: if it made more heat has no air conditioning, the pool is quite small: with about 10 people the Llenás. Parking is guadal: No land; No stones, so you immediately get off and get your feet dirty, and it gives you a feeling of uneasiness when you leave is auto without a roof.
It is also highly recommended and more if you consider the amount of flowers there are!.
Advice on the rooms: those that overlook the lake have an excellent view. Those that give the "park" give a kind of jungle

Nice small rooms with a view of the lake. Bear in mind there is a huge gravel driveway leading to the hotel — so although it is only 30mins walk from the city centre, you won't feel like the ten min hike uphill afterwards. But staff can order you a remis which should cost $75AR. The breakfast buffet is decent. Staff are not overly friendly to non English speakers.
