Excellent hotel, all very clean and tidy, very friendly staff and very helpful receptionists. It has beautiful views of The Nahuel Huapi Lake and a beautiful natural waterfall. I would return to this place without hesitation. 10 points.

Very happy with our stay, I will highlight the attention of all the staff, especially Alex, who was always predisposed to help us in everything we request. The view is exceptional, the photos do not do it justice. It is a rustic hotel where you can breathe a beautiful tranquility, it is just away from the center but the bus stops at the entrance and in 10 minutes you arrive. The only thing to improve is that I miss more native food at dinner, e. G. Deer, trout, wild boar or fondue. Very nice rooms and impeccable cleanliness! Thank you for making us spend a beautiful week!

A luxury hotel. Wonderful tone. Huge park, very well maintained. On the property a little further away, there is a large natural waterfall, coming from the thaws. With a wildly wooded environment naturally and wildly. Park q can be visited without the need to stay at the hotel, thanks to the good disposition of the hotel managers. It is not a cheap hotel as you suppose, but it is worth paying for what it offers. Beautiful!

It is a very nice hotel which unfortunately came a bit down and needs some maintenance. Outside of that, the deal was cordial and I would go back.

Beautiful Hotel! Perfect, comfortable. Beautiful garden, beautiful waterfall and Al beach. Nahuel Huapi Lake. It would only improve the breakfast. But it's still barbaric.

The lake-View room is beautiful, has its own forest with waterfall, has access to the lake, is spacious, clean and very quiet. The food is excellent and the attention is also very good. The only criticism is that it has few dishes on the menu.

Stayed with my partner for 10 days at this hotel. Very good attention of all the staff! Very rich and full breakfast, spacious and comfortable the room. Very good daily cleaning of all its spaces. The pool is very nice and the water temperature is in accordance with the climate of the day. The place where the hotel is located is very quiet and has a dream view. The beach Linda (could be a little more cared) a critic I do is very expensive the food offered by the hotel! Beautiful place and totally advisable.

Vergonsozo What they charge for a night much more than $3.000 and they gave us a posilga. A boardilla where oxygen is lacking with super low roof and small window as ventilation. The toilet backpack continually loses water, you have to close the door of the bathroom and lower the cover of the board to sleep and we have not yet tried the shower. What they present as a plate is so low that it is only for children so small and you have to crouch down to hang or store clothes. The TV in the room is more obsolete. The Wi-Fi in Hab is more than deficient, the signal is lousy. The Star-type Spa bar has the tables full of dirt, dirty. The carpets generally dirty. Profiles of the oxidized spa windows and roof parts and columns with moisture. Amazing what they charge for this posilga, which is listed as a luxury site.

The place is beautiful. It has access to the lake by the courtyard and a natural waterfall on one of the sides. The rooms are spacious and well-level with amazing views. Breakfast is very full and super rich. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sector of the heated pool and sauna was a little sloppy when I went (March 2017), it is the only criticism.

Not only is it a lovely place to stay for your comforts and scenery but the people who work in it. Hotel make your stay enjoyable and quiet. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel, very good location in a landscape dreamed.

A peaceful retreat. Ideally situated for a quite get away
we visited off season therefore the pool and spa where closed.
Room nicely furnished with forest view.
Staff very helpful despite limited English.
Would love to visit again in high season.

Old and sad 3rd floor rooms Grounds nice with a waterfall but wish we had spent $15 more to stay somewhere far nicer.
