Excellent. Attention. Good predisposition of your people. Good breakfast Very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and comfortable. What Q should attend is the permanent noise, you hear everything, every time Q someone opens or closes a door or if they converse or the staff of grooming.

I was in two rooms, the 1st more or less comfortable, the second was very small, noisy and with the bathroom very small too. They were facing an internal courtyard with air conditioners. Attention very well.

Very good breakfast. In terms of summer-time comities it has deficiencies. The bathroom layout in the last floor rooms is not suitable for the dimension of the room. The pillows are very hard.

I claim because it was cold in the room, I replied that would rise the heat, when I return from dinner I find a stove in the room. All good but it is something that one expects in a 2 or 3 star, not in a hotel with these rates. In the rooms you hear everything, absolutely everything that goes on in the room continues. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the time they were attentive to what I needed. It has the best location, it is in the center. It is surrounded by restaurants, banks, very close to the chocolate shops and the lake. There's a YPF next door.

We are a couple and 2 children! A piece for them that communicates a door to us. Each one their bathroom, their safe and their refrigerator! We loved it. He has a playroom for them. Super friendly. Breakfast must be missed!

The location is really good: It's in the center of Bariloche. The services are excellent too as the rooms. The only problem is the Wi-Fi connection.

Very well located. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The worst the entrance to the hotel, stairs, a few. For handicapped people, seniors, children's carts, people with reduced mobility, people with suitcases are terrible. That entrance has to be made accessible.

It only lacks a handicap ramp, strollers and luggage. It's very nice. Very attentive people. Aesthetically pleasing.

Breakfast and location were te best things.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went there for having found an offer and we are very happy to have gone. I just have to say that the rooms are pretty hot in summer. Getting that out, all great. And the breakfasts… amazing.

Nice hotel, close to downtown with good breakfast, free which is given from 7 to 10. A spa service which is open from 17 to 21. It is located 2 blocks from the Civic Center and 1 block from the "block of beers". Which makes it comfortable but also annoying to the night to rest by the constant noise. The staff is friendly and we always knew how to help with questions of excursions or places to visit.
The hotel says it has gym, being actually a room with 3 machines, that was a little disappointing.

Great location close to main streets and best hotel breakfast of our trip. Only downside was the ridiculously expensive laundry service — around 35 pesos for each item of underwear and 185 pesos for a pair of jeans, luckily there are cheap alternatives nearby on the main streets of the town.

Good service as far as Food. The rooms are small and the heating is not the Best. The main access is Complicated. Good Attention.

It is true the rooms are small and you hear the sound of other rooms. On the other hand you are little in the hotel has a very good breakfast. The Hydro of the spa is very good at the turn of the COLD. And the location in the center is Unbeatable. Has more pro than cons.

Room of a 4* hotel, horrible" heating very strong, we wanted to turn the air down a little the temp, but it was out of service x q was not summer? Bad attention at the reception, with no will to solve the problems presented, the only thing redeemable the breakfast and the location.

Nice stay in Bariloche. I stayed in Kenton Palace Hotel in Bariloche with my family (wife and two daughters – 7-year and 4-year) in beginning of July 2017. We selected quadruple room standard and everything was really nice and worked perfectly. Front desk staff was very helpful and funny playing with my kids. Although complimentary breakfast was the same every day, it was very good. We loved its fresh fruit salad, hot chocolate, brownie, apple juice and rosa mosqueta jam. Kenton Palace Hotel is very well located, less than two blocks from Centro Civico and Mitre Street (main avenue in Bariloche). It is 10-minute walk from any top restaurant in the city and it has a 24-hour convenience store as a neighbor and a good supermarket almost in front of. Bus stop to Cerro Catedral is also less than one block from the hotel. I had a small problem when I left the hotel. I forgot my car document in the safe box. I contacted the hotel and in less than one hour they found it. As I was in the airplane traveling to Buenos Aires, I asked a friend of mine who is traveling to Bariloche next week to catch it. I hope to be back to Bariloche and Kenton as soon as possible!

We had a 3 bed bedroom but only 2 of them were actual beds… The other one was a bedsofa… The rooms don't have a good lighting, it's very dark. The good was OK, the Wi-Fi slow. Well located.

Friendly staff. Room was small and very hot. It has no air. If you ask, you get fan. Not recommended.

Dear Mr. Gerente: We spent three nights last week in vto. Hotel and we can say that without knowing it, we've had very well. Both the Administration and staff rooms and breakfast were very attentive and helpful…
Our opinion is based on a stay, comfortable, without prejudice to leave our stupor, sitting when we called to the room, to tell us that the mucamos had informed a drink break and we should pay it.
Actually my wife was sick and when I get up after leaving the room the medical emergency service, pulled the Cup to the ground (without wanting to obviously) and it broke. Now well I want to tell you that the claim of a Cup, seemed from a Hotel tenth, and not one of 4 star and the worst thing was when I went to pay the final bill and they charged me $200 including VAT, only for the Cup, which was not of baccarat crystal. I want to tell you that I was in several quality hotels in the U. S. And Europe, and in 78 years of life, never had such discourtesy. I inform you that my family, my friends and I will not return to this hotel, which does not have the slightest idea of what a deal to a guest suite. My room was the 311 in the days from 10 to 12 January and my name Alejandro Mariani Dolan, whose book my daughter made Moira… Let me clarify that I do not need to reply on your part, clarification of the fact and happens it much less, refund of the amount paid.

There are some details I don't like it.

Habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas. Limpias. El Wi-Fi no funciona nunca, muy molesto.

The room nice and friendly staff, but it was impossible to sleep because of the noise of slamming doors and entry door since there was no insulation for sound.

Taken over rooms. They are cold and half hinchapelotas.

Very bad. Horrible bathrooms too small rooms not recommended. It does not compare with the Kenton Palace in Buenos Aires.
The 4 stars are rooms that are 4 x 4.
