We're Still staying. Very good reception. Excellent people. Small, comfortable Room. Neat Bath, with small details to be remedied. Air-Parking in closed premises of the hotel. Compliant, recommended. I will stay here Again. Do Not Forget the excellent location, the center and almost opposite the lake.

A good hotel, with the basic comforts more than acceptable. The location is unbeatable as it is less than 100 meters from the Civic Center. The rooms have a view of Lake Nahuel Huapi. The price-quality ratio makes it a highly recommended place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good. Perfect heating… The garage TB very well… in if the rooms are slightly neglected old ladies… but for what you need for a few days is good…

Booked by Booking a room for 2 adults and 2 infants. Beds and bedding in poor condition, there were no plugs where to charge phones, bathroom impoverished, shower with a plastic curtain in bad condition. Permanent smell of naphtha in the bathroom.
Positive: safe parking, good lake view, decent breakfast.
It's definitely not for a family with little members.
I don't recommend it.

Excellent location in the centre. Breakfast and parking are included.
Wonderful attention, every person who attended us at the hotel were fantastic, I would definitely go back for that. If I have to put a counter is that there was a little problem with the bathroom faucet (cold water was not walking) and missed a bit of cleanliness. But for the rest, fantastic. They helped us all when our flight was delayed.

Great hotel compare to Patagonia's hostels! Great breakfast, great Wi-Fi, strong computer at the lobby. And most important, it's located on the main street! There are also cheaper rooms (for trekkers).
