We stayed with my husband and daughter on the eve of quarantine, the BEST THING WE PASSED was the hotel staff, Mariano, Ian and Diego made us the most bearable quarantine with the best will and willingness. In difficult times people are known and we will sincerely return when the waters are quiet. In addition to the excellence of the hotel, the facilities, the breakfast, the swimming pool, the gym and the common spaces that were our refuge in the midst of so much bewilderment, I again highlight the kindness and contention of the staff. I have known this beautiful hotel for 7 years and I do not encourage to know another one since it is familiar the breakfast is plentiful and you do not run with the schedule as elsewhere the pool immense and with several levels sauna, gin, massages and all the staff very attentive, you more can ask apart from your unbeatable location! ❤

Good, but do not forget that the beds are very small for big people. Do not forget that a hotel is a place to rest, so worry about the hamites. The attention of the pipol (staff) is excellent, they are the basis of this good hotel. They qualified with a 10 ;).

I believe that is a 4 star hotel by the excellent pool and the location right in the centre. Very good breakfast but it starts newly 7:30 pm (late for the one who has to get up early to travel). The hot tub is perfect, the bathroom also. The TV minimum and very badly placed (boys put wall bracket and fix the criticism about it). The rooms have no air conditioning or fan, only stoves. Cleaning 3 points in the room and area of the pool. Concierge attentive. There is only 1 elevator that there is almost always a wait. Would come by the pool, otherwise I don't know.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great. At the reception you are excellently catered for, you are guided by any doubt and also offer excursions themselves. The only loose spot I found is in the number of plugs in the room, there is only one in the room, one in the bathroom, and another where the TV is plugged.

Wi-Fi-Connection at my room is bad. In audience hall, connection failed. Bathroom is very small. Airconditioning not working. No safe. Window to other wall. No power-plug at bed, only one at the desk and one in bathroom. Room is clean, but whole Hotel looks pretty old/outdated.
