Excellent service. That's very kind of you. All very clean. A spectacular view from the room. They did everything agreed.

The location of the hotel is one of its strongest points. The room is according, nothing from the other world. It lacks power outlets to connect cell phones. Wi-Fi failed us many times during our stay. The heating is quite high and at times at night it goes down. Breakfast service is little varied. Some of the hotel employees have very bad manners when it comes to communicating or ordering something.

No frills, clean, comfortable, nice service, normal breakfast and in sufficient quantity, parking space/garage discovered but very safe, located very close to the center of the city and with several gastronomic alternatives in two or three blocks to the round.

Good location The bathroom was tiny. They wanted to charge us an extra $30 per day for a tax that was invented by the receptionist. We don't pay for it anyway. I wouldn't go back.

Location, rooms, staff and breakfast very good. But the place has a big flaw, its owner. He believes himself the owner of the truth, confronts the public and his workers in a haughty and aggressive way, without giving room for dialogue. In simple words is a CTM.

Friendly Hotel and price chord, with private parking, comfortable rooms, floors with lift, rich breakfast and well catered, like your concierge, but has a big problem, its owner. When checking out we asked if we could leave the car in the parking one hour, to which the concierge indicated that if, even 2 or 3 hours if we wanted. When we got back we caught up with the owner who treated us horrible, yelling at us, dealing with bigeye, unintelligent, not understanding their business, to occupy their availability of parking (having approx 10 free parking). After a while screaming monologue mode (not let us talk), we understood that was to leave the car allegedly without permission, everything was a misunderstanding between concierge and owner, but the owner never lowered his voice, did not recognize his mistake, treated very badly to the same concierge, who was also an old person, and never stopped screaming until we told him that we wanted to go, indicating we could leave whenever we want. Good value for the price. Good heat. Breakfast according to the price. The best thing is its location, it has a good view towards the lake and very close to the Civic center.
