The best. All the comfort to rest. On route 40 a few minutes from San Carlos de Bariloche. Good location to visit nice places that has the region. Deal directly with the hotel. Because of the middlemen, they make the stay terribly more expensive. View from the rooms is dreamed.

A spectacular place… Good service, very nice rooms and a great view. No doubt we will return.

Breakfast is fine. It is quite varied even though fruit is missing. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. They are quite spacious and new. Only thing negative is that they are a bit cold the rooms at night. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent place. Very good location if you are with car. Very quiet place. We were in cabin and the only thing against it was the Wi-Fi signal but the 4g you got it to full. The cabins share one wall with another and if you have noisy neighbors it can be tricky.
The heating works very well and apart you can ignite firewood. The views of the lake and the hills is "tremendous". To enjoy.

A disaster… It rained everything inside the hotel, breakfast without toast or croissants because "it was raining? " They even charge you $10 the hot water for the mate even if you stay and dine there… The dinner bad attention too, really a disaster is not what it was 2 years ago.

Beautiful hotel, the room spectacular, a huge window to the Lake Gutierrez and the beds very comfortable, they had Viana heating and everyone complained about the same thing, the restaurant quite bad and the bathroom was flooded a lot every time you bathe. V.

Beautiful quiet place with a tremendous view! Climate pool. Jacuzzi, gym and games included are located at the entrance of Bariloche from Bolson. Many things to criticize! It definitely must have been a beautiful place, but the lack of proper maintenance is obvious: No air conditioning or fan, we were greeted with broken towels, the bathroom was flooded when the tub was drained, and the pool water was in bad condition. The restaurant is expensive for what they offer, and there is no letter or menu in which to see options and prices. The people in charge of the restaurant, very friendly, only comment on the options of the day, not to mention the cost. And it's all without invoice and cash.

They have excellent and modern facilities… But they are deserving for lack of maintenance. E. G. It's a lousy hotel. Openly you find that they do not clean in the rooms, do not put toilet paper, do not change sheets during the stay or change towels. Every subject is a surprise. The staff gives poor service and bad will. A party was scheduled more than a year in advance with the hotel full for the event, did last minute work with the people already hosted, not allowed to use facilities such as the pool, gym and barbecue. There was so little predisposition, that knowing the last day of the event to celebrate with all the guests until 5 am, it is fixed checkout time at 10 to be able to charge extras. This had been coordinated 1 year ago and they castle in a change of management and owners. Not worth it for free, breakfast is not included, there is nothing around, you need car up to a kiosk.
It's amazing how you can have so little vision, it's expensive for nothing.
I don't recommend it in any aspect.

Bad predisposition on the part of the owners (before logical orders such as two more hours of check out when we close and fill the whole hotel for a wedding), the facilities notice the lack of maintenance (in two cabins there were spiders under the Pillows), we had no housekeeping service in the 3 days we stayed and in the middle of December was closed the area of the pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel had direct TV but you had to pay to watch TV, as you couldn't see the air channels.
We did not want to enable the Quincho which was really necessary because we were a large group.
Honestly the best thing about the hotel is the beautiful view from the terrace.
A bad experience would not go back for free!

The place has nice view and only that! Very poor predisposition of the staff, especially at the front desk. We went with my pregnant wife and got tired of hearing NO. Give Me a glass? No, you can't drink water in the room. Can you use the pool? No. Do you have towels? No. We had to beg them to give us a new one. A single toilet paper for three days!
We went to a party and they did "price" for being invited so we didn't have room service! Not a waste bag we got. And they charged us breakfast.
It's far away and there's no transportation. There is no place to buy anything close by.
I don't recommend it at all. A disaster! Sure for what it's worth there are many better places!

If I could I put zero! Very bad predisposition of the people, especially the boy Q attends, the girl very well! Away, no public transport p move. Nice view only. It's not a recommended place.

Normal cabins. A single TV in the living room. Basic kitchen utensils. Not very good mattresses. They report a heated pool but it doesn't work. Price not in accordance (very high) to the services rendered.

Except the view of the hotel nothing was at place. Very poor management. The room was not cleaned for 3 days. Breakfast was served as coffee and bread interestingly bread was served without any butter or jam or jam nothing. How did they expect us to have breakfast. The receptionist was so cold that he didn't bother you stay or leave. Nothing briefed when you arrived. Every information to me was a surprise. I would never recommend anyone to stay in the place. The place is dirty, ill maintained rude staff no service and very far off from centre of town.

Very helpful pleasant people.

We have stayed at the Carmen twice and it's really a very nice little hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, the bathrooms are clean, and the view is fantastic. In the off season the restaurant service is at a minimum but for $35 to $40 a night, it's a great deal.

Was the week more happy that pass in long time. Enjoy of the Park of the stay and the dogs that live there thanks to the good people that them cares. Enjoy your outdoor and these beautiful animals was the best thing that could happen, I was happy and stopped at the time…

Excellent, great warmth and willingness on the part of the people of the stay. Excellent facilities, either the cabins (with a beautiful view to the Lake Gutiérrez) or spaces in common such as the spa and the play room. Very full and rich breakfast as things that are cooked in the restaurant. Highly recommended place.

A disaster!. Fucking cold. No breakfast and no they issued invoice. The gym 2 x 2, not has nothing. The pool cannot be used. Friendly!
