First, the photos listed on the rooms ' website are not real! … Unfortunately we had reserved the distance, and when we arrived we felt ripped off for several reasons: first the bathroom is too small, this all stuck, there is not even a curtain and it is flooded… No bidet, etc. A stream of water comes out, which before I get to wash my head I ran out of hot water, or it lasted less than 10 minutes. The "Room" is a corner, with an annoying staircase (you have to think before bedtime because if you break your head) that leads to a mezzanine where there is nothing.
The mattress is old, there are only 1 plug all over the place, has not even a bedside table, hooks to hang the clothes, cabinets, or closet, nothing… I mean, you have to leave everything on the floor!
Zero cleaning, we saw a dead lauchita at the door, and it was there until we left, the same with the whole resort.
The most comic was in the living room and/or dining kitchen. Practically we were alone housed, and the first day there were 2 cups… (Nothing else he), and the next day not a cup! I mean, we had to have tea in a trimmed plastic bottle. They don't give you tea or coffee or anything… The fridge did not use it, but it looks as dirty as they commented here, it is true.
We agreed to stay the 1st night and asked to refund the booking for the following nights, and they did not want to return our money. The lady who greeted us with brilliance for her absence the three nights.
