Cheap price for a great location but not good Wi-Fi signal. The heating is excessive and do not allow to modify it even in the middle of summer. Very basic breakfast.

Comfortable and clean place. It has two sectors in which the price and the comforts differ. We were in the two and would repeat any of them. Very good attention. Simple breakfast. They offer tours as well. There is a kitchen and a lounge to share on each floor. There are refrigerators, pots, plates, bowls and some forks and knives. Recommended.

N the day of the date Thursday, March 22nd, 2018, we finished our 3-night stay at such a hotel. Which we booked resort room with matrimonial bed. We were given common rooms with two 1 square beds stuck together. The heating is suffocating because the stove cannot be leveled or switched off because they have a sign that says that they do not have adequate personnel to turn them on and/or switch them off constantly.
Nor do they have elevators, we had to climb a flat with hand bags which weighed 20kilos.
The location is good and the breakfast is quite feasible the TV of the 80 ' transmits a single channel and with Rain. Reception always with an ortho face.
The only fable is the location.

A clean and friendly hotel, a little girl the rooms, very friendly staff, simple breakfast but good, you can serve whatever you want and how many times you want.

Excellent location, good heated, clean, neat, comfortable in upper floor and living area with TV, kitchen and bathroom clean, neat. The décor is old, which doesn't make it stop being functional. Wi-Fi Perfect in the area (Room 4). Breakfast full coffee you toasted butter jelly pudding croissants juice etc, nothing of the other world but enough. Excellent value for money.

It is a lovely place, very comfortable with upstairs bedroom and kitchen dining ground floor. One can cook so save. The staff of the hotel is very warm and well disposed. I enjoyed my stay here.

Disastrous. The bathroom was disgusting. We hit the 3rd floor without a lift. The shower was water from the flower and the bobbin below, which we covered with a cork to be able to bathe. The toilet had the button attached to the lavatory you had to stick a finger to tighten it. Pobrisimo Breakfast. Good location A 14-inch TV, last model of 1900. Not recommended.

The only good thing of the hotel is its location. Everything else, disastrous! Staff extremely rude, with poor predisposition for information and problem-solving, scratching the rude. In general lack of maintenance facilities (photos are misleading). The room we had, had beds, having booked with double bed. Beds small, very narrow; the housekeeping service should know such as minimum how a bed, since they did incorrectly. The window of the room (we had a first floor) overlooking a wall under construction. Cables visible hanging from the wall. TV 14´ on a high closet, without possibility to read subtitles, with total green colour image. Bathroom with bidet poorly located, glued to the bath, no space to use it correctly. Problems with the provision of hot water at the shower and the proper functioning of the hair dryer. Closet no drawers. Breakfast poor and food of poor quality (old bread, gummy croissants, juice undrinkable). Toaster running poorly. A horror! Nothing advisable.

Need renovation both mattress and pillows, they do not give more (literally expired). The restorant Vera Cruz (as most of the restorants of calafate) make bad potatoes, do not recommend asking them. The snacks that make here are very good.
