➜ Book by luck one night because the hotel is grim, lack of maintenance, is fully impaired and the room that we were assigned, was dirty, had a smell of mold, the air conditioning had land of old data, the bathroom had hairs in the shower and mold on the shower curtain, there was no hot water, it took them an hour to bring us the towels, we went to the hotel because we arrived almost 22 hours. It does not translate the cost that we were charged, and by the service, the breakfast is not varied. We asked the book of complaints and did not have it to hand. A horror. Charged us more expensive because the reservation was made by booking. In any hostel in Iguazu, I got a better service at half the price.
➜ A Horror of this hotel, we hire the service from booking, (photos in the website are a lie! ) service bad in relation to what we pay. We stayed one night only because we arrived at night, afternoon… but it was the worst choice we could do. The rooms were filled with mildew, dirty. Aires dirty, bathroom with mold and not talk about the poor breakfast! Ask us to change room and they told us it was the best! Not had hot water or the towels ready… so we wait an hour to be able to go swimming… when you leave ask for a book of complaints, they did not have. Really the hotel STINKS!
