I went back to stay at this hotel after a couple of years. The attention of the staff remains of the first, but the infrastructure deteriorated quite a bit. Staff was helpful but they are not being helped by the owners. The place is dirty, the fridge was broken, the vanity in the bathroom is fiberboard and has swelled and cracked from water, shades on Windows are moldy and the Wi-Fi does not work.

Just okay and for 2 nights. No clothes hangers and no lightbulb in the lamp by the bed. So much for the first day…

Very good and nice equipped the dept, breakfast well and rich, although as I read also cut the light a good time, the Wi-Fi is very limited and that I asked for the best place for the signal, just stuck to the window or in the gallery arrives.

Room was clean and quiet and water was hot. Hotel was located a little farther from the center than we had thought, but was a still walkable. The staff was friendly but gave information about the Iguazú Falls that was confusing and inaccurate. Perhaps some training for the staff on this could have greatly improved our experience.

Price quality ok. Our room on first floor was smelling awful. Breakfast poor, 10 minutes walk to city center; 20 to the terminal. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

I thought Costa Iguazu was great. All self contained apartments is great so you can save a bit on food — although there are some great restaurants in Iguazu. Its a bit of a walk into the main part of town; maybe a good 5 minutes. Howerver its is at the beginning of the bus route that goes to the park so your guaranteed to get a seat on the bus. Its also quite close to the edge of Argentina where you can see Brazil and Paraguay which is worth seeing. The staff didn't speak English (which is quite common in Argentina) but they were very good and making sure with our limited Spanish that we understood everything that wee needed.

Very good, simple but with all the comforts, wide room and very comfortable bed hotel people are warm, helpful and very attentive with guests.
It only criticizes not is for the hotel, the lack of lighting in the Avda. Three borders, something what the intendance and the governorate of the province do not deal properly. Equal is a place to recommend, or tell the beauty natural of them falls.

Good Hotel in general.
The Hotel is a compound of two blocks of 2 heights with swimming pool in the middle. The rooms are apartments with a living room at the entrance with basic but complete kitchen, size medium and clean bathroom and room with TV and air conditioning. All fairly new room and common areas of swimming pool were very nice. You can see photos. The hotel is in general very well preserved.
With respect to the location, it is good. This in the AV of the three borders, 10 min walk from the central area of the city is plaza san Martín, Brazil avd and cordoba which is where most restaurants are. The area is quiet, the hotel does not have protected parking, you can park on the street or in land Hotel between the reception and the street. There is a stop of taxi/remise right opposite, what is very comfortable (remis Hotel 180 pesos in September 2014). The shuttle bus that goes to cataracts this in to the same street a couple of blocks, which also is very useful. Near the hotel there is a supermarket if you want to buy to cook in the apartment and also there are pizzerias distributed door to door.
The breakfast is quite full, you can see the uploaded photos. The hotel staff was correct and gave us instructions. Cleaning also is good and the Wi-Fi worked correctly. I think is a recommended hotel for location and price/quality ratio.
