Really good, social hostel, in a great location in Mendoza. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent and the pool and bar make it easy to socialise. Would highly recommend!

Gorilla Hostel in Mendoza truly deserves all the praise.
I arrived at 4 AM after a night bus from Chile, exhausted and unwell, and the staff immediately welcomed me with so much kindness.

If you come on vacation or a getaway to San Rafael and don't know where to go, I recommend coming here.
The attention is extremely friendly.
It has all the services, including Wi-Fi.

It is my second time at the hostel, the building is new, it is beautifully decorated, its rooms are very comfortable, there are bathrooms available and the terrace is beautiful.

Check in & out was great. We had a private room with private bathroom, the room is small & there is only a desk, no where really to put clothes — there are hooks though!

We stayed 4 nights here in a private room and it was great! They offer to wash your laundry for a very low price then you can hang it yourself on the terrace.

I went to spend 12/24, Juan the owner is very cool. He has a great time! + the place is great. Everything is very relaxed and if you go you will surely have a good time.

On a driving trip to Chile from Argentina, happenstance brought me here. This place is not merely a hostel, it's actually an amazing work of art.

Lemon Tree is amazing place! The people here treated us like family and we had a great time.

Hostel de los artistas is a magical place to be. The owners are very warm people and so are all the volunteers who make it feel like a home.
It was not very crowded the 2 weeks I stayed there.

Best hostel you can find in Mendoza :) the owner and people who work there are extremely nice and helpful. Very affordable and in great location!

The hostel creates the best social atmosphere, with free wine and free breakfast it really feels like you’re staying with friends at home. Would recommend to everyone.

I stayed here through recommendations from others I had met along the way. I stayed in this hostel for a week. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Great hostel. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. They had convenient storage for your belongings. I do wish they had more cooking surfaces available.

We stayed at Jaquemate hostel for four nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect!

We had a great stay 2 nights before our trip to Aconcagua. A friendly couple runs the place which is half-board with great food. We appreciated all the tips!

Basic hostel. Rooms did not lock. Very good air conditioning. Free breakfast (cereal, bread, eggs, toast with 6 options for spreads, oatmeal, orange slices, coffee, tea, milk)
Very small kitchen.

Beautiful place with a huge park ideal for families and relaxing. Football pitch, rugby and spiritual walks. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Really cool place. Actually it seems out of place being so far off the road. Zoom out on Google maps and the actual building is 1.5km to the NW of the road entrance.

Very nice hotel that is located perfectly if you are going to visit the bodegas in the area. Great service, very good food. The hotel room was very nice as well.

They offer basic rooms that are reasonably priced and have ari conditioners. The rooms come with a breakfast. Staff are great and friendly, Juan the owner is a lovely chap and always very helpful.
