It’s hard to pick just one or two things we like about Lares de Chacras. Fantastic people, accommodations, location, atmosphere, food, name it!

Homely, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff could not have been more helpful! The room was light and airy and the bed extremely comfortable. We had the most incredible Argentinian Asado on our first evening there — probably the most delicious one we have had during our whole trip to Argentina!

What an absolutely brilliant experience. Staff 10 out of 10 for friendliness, efficiency and so so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was wonderful, so comfortable, clean to a high standard and inviting. Would recommend anyone visiting Mendoza pick this hotel first.

Fue increíble experiencia. Muy bien cuidado todo EXCELENTE ATENCION cariñosos y preocupados. Comimos bien y tomamos buenos vinos. Nos ayudaron en todo y fueron muy eficientes. Excelentes dormitorios camas y baños. Buena ropa de cama y nos ponían agua en las noche lo que se agradece. Ubicación ideal tranquila y como siempre arrendamos auto a buena distancia de Mendoza para hacer de todo. Chacras una cuenta con lo necesario para estar bien comercio restaurantes bares farmacias todo!

Very nice large rooms with great bathrooms. The pool area is small but cozy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit off from the city, so you’ll need a car to get there. I missed a gym inside and the Wi-Fi was quite slow, but still the overall experience was superb.

Warm, excellent taste the spaces to enjoy my drink or an excellent meal, the customer service highly satisfactory, a special mention to Josefina the waitress who attended us!

Wonderful place. Spent 5 nights here with my wife. We had a great time. The entire staff was great. Our standpoints were Francisco and Marielis! They were perfect in every way. Great breakfast each morning included in rate. Dinners were outstanding. Location was perfect for exploring. Zero issues.

Good customer service, large and clean rooms. The food could expand the selection. Welcome wine we did not like and there are good wines in this area to offer one of the best quality. But other than that it's all good.

A wonderful atmosphere! Nice quiet hotel with amazing staff! In a good location close to three different wineries within walking distance. Mariana helped us at the front desk get checked in and set up reservations and suggestions for visiting some wineries nearby. Super helpful and very nice! I highly recommend staying here! The rooms are wonderful!

Fabulous, relaxed bodega-style boutique hotel set in the glorious Mendoza countryside, complete with outdoor pool and barbeque area, wine cellar and charming gardens. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful; breakfasts healthy and varied, offering eggs cooked any way as well as local honey, yogurt and a super range of breads and cereals. It feels more like a private country house than a hotel (our corner room even had a working fireplace) and it is a very pleasant stroll into the village of Chacras, which has numerous eateries, bars and supermarkets selling incredibly good value wine!

This boutique hotel is a little gem! Our room was large and overlooked the pool. The staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to help you. Easy walk into the village — could not recommend enough!

Lares de Charcras is like a home away from home I absolutely loved it. We turned up around 7pm and in the lounge was a roaring fire, we were invited in and offered a glass of complimentary wine. We decided to dine in for the evening and I had the salmon which was amazing, above my expectations as I like to think im particular about my seafood.
Great selection of herbal teas, plus coffee to help your self during the day. Great continental breakfast selection and cooked breakfast
The rooms were great so spacious and nice balcony to relax. The thing that stood out above all to me was the service, firstly their English was fantastic and they went above and beyond. My friend got really sick one day, and the staff were so helpful they called the doctor and even got medicine delivered for her. I would like to thank everyone there for making our stay a memorable one. I will be back next time im in South America

I was a guest at this B&B years ago with fond memories. Great B&B, easy to reach the vineyards. Very nice accommodations — nice restaurants near. I will return.
