We stayed there this week, and the front desk staff were so helpful. I misplaced my bank card, and the staff were super helpful finding the card for me and also getting us a taxi so we got to the bus station in time for our bus (time was of the essence! ). Thank you guys!

Interesting place just away from the game rooms, nice soft music environment, good attention. On the other side you are deaf you can not talk, those who speak do it to the screams added to the unbearable chin of the machines swallows coins and some spectacle of half-hair!

Normally I attend trainings and the service hired for this type of events is very good. I can't comment on rooms and guest service.

The Place is very nice, excellent level. The attention is excellent. The Gym is very complete. I Recommend the treatments at the spa.

Last night? And unfortunately I could see what in the street is you populis. You can not go to a place where every day are more petty in terms of rations than you ask and pay like a five star and do not reach one. That plus the improper handling of the game, where you are treated like a homeless and do not respect the times of the players. In the elevator was a lament of not coming back anymore. Which is perfectly ostensible. You can't handle someone, you don't have a driver's license.

Overall about what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. Spacious rooms, nice bathroom. Good service. Though I was disappointed that they didn't have a coffee maker in the room — this is standard all over the world, and I was seriously surprised that this wasn't the case. The spa was nice too especially the cold plunge pool. Breakfast was always very crowded, and the buffet food was only OK. Their buffet is also very pricey, you're much better off ordering breakfast a la carte — you get better food and still save money compared to the buffet, even if you order multiple dishes!

A high-level 5 star hotel. Attending a training and the lounges are very comfortable, well lit, ultimately very comfortable. The coffee break service offered by the hotel is first-class.

The hotel and gym/spa was beautiful. Room service was quite slow but beyond that, the experience was wonderful and accommodating.

Total excellence in everything. I would just say that you have to be stricter with the cigarette and prohibit smoking in your yards. The smell enters and invades the hotel.

Central location, glamorous building, good food and wine at reasonable prices. Rooms are clean and customer service is great. Breakfast is included and amazing. Hotel staff can help to book tours to the Andes or wineries.

Excellent attention of the staff of the different sectors: reception, vigilance, room service and all the restaurants with an attention that surpasses the excellence accompanied by dishes where the different chefs showed their culinary art. The friendliness of all the staff and their good disposition is noteworthy. Congratulations on your service!

Very well built and excellent guest service. Rooms are also very spacious and very large new bathrooms. Outside pool was an excellent addition.

Mendoza's upmarket hotel including nicely appointed rooms, good service and access to pool/spa etc. It's a very enjoyable place to stay. My personal opinion is that the hotel is quite sterile compared to other options around, more American than argentine. I guess this can be expected from a big chain but it often feels like a small compound in the middle of the city.

Hotel was beautiful. Secure parking. Room was huge! Bathroom was almost as big as the room.

Excellent attention. We Were at the bar. Very tasty Kebab. The same pizzeta. Tiramisu in original presentation. Loin and salad Ceasar liked it very much.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly. Missing a coffee machine and electric kettle with coffee, tea and herbal teas.

To be a luxury hotel it lacks maintenance in the rooms. Good gym, spa and pool. Excellent breakfast.

Luxurious and distinguished, it is located in front of the Plaza San Martín and in a straight line to the pedestrian Sarmiento, of the capital Mendoza. It is a stately and very spacious building, which is also used for holding meetings, conventions and various types of events. It is easily accessible, almost in the heart of the city.

My favorite Hotel Chain and also this location is exceeding expectations! Super accommodating staff and Concierge service. Great base to explore The wine area Mendoza!

Its a little dated, but has some charm. I think its a good business hotel.

The casino has free drinks at the game table, for those who are playing. I just went on a Friday night and there was a live music show, quite good level. One feels comfortable playing and the place is spacious.

Great location and stellar service. We were greeted from the taxi with great service from the bellhop and he even gave us a good history lesson on the hotel and Mendoza as he escorted us to our room. They offer four different restaurants and they all were wonderful. The rooms were exceptional and the bathroom was amazing!

Went in there for a wine tasting at the wine bar and had nice service and decent wines. A sommelier went through the tasting with us and the guy was reasonable.

This is an impressive hotel, well located and bathrooms are stunning. The room itself was fairly average in comparison to the bathroom! The 'fun' casino is a little strange but entertaining, just don't expect Vegas! Was however surprised and disappointed that one night they were hosting a private party on the terrace at the front that was open air so essentially you were sleeping in a nightclub through til 3am. Not at all what you expect from such a well regarded hotel either from the lack of sound proofing by the windows but mainly the complete disregard for their hotel guests in setting it up this way.

Excellent hotel, was hosted there and the truth that was excellent and the restaurant has very good food. Rooms in perfect condition. Recommended 100%.

Very good service, location, food, etc. Just a detail look at 18:30 every day there are wine-tasting with a sommelier. They do not announce it but it is very good!

Very elegant style hotel classic, excellent service and a very quiet and relaxing environment. The location is the best. Only the building lacks a bit of painting or maintenance. But the rest is 5-star.

Room with good view, fun casino, section of interesting indoor and outdoor Bar, cosy grill. Each evening we invited to stay for more.

Relatively affordable, comfortable and the service was top notch. Four out of five stars as some help became disgustingly sycophantic, once my tipping became known. Stay professional, and the rest will follow. Dp.

There's not a lot of luxury hotel choices in Mendoza, but I wasn't too fond of this one. I didn't realize it was also a casino, so wasn't as relaxing as I would've liked at the end of a day of wine-tasting. The rooms tried hard to be modern but were done so cheaply it just looked tacky. And the plumbing had issues ranging from gurgling drains to stinky. I recommend checking out one of the inns out in wine country instead, if that is why you are in Mendoza.

Superb hotel. One of the nicest I have stayed. Beautiful clean rooms and facility. Staff very helpful and food is excellent. Many amenities. Great location. Highly recommend.
