Not a guest, just used the coffee area for corporate work for few days. Super-friendly and efficient staff. Suggest you wire up some more power outlets to cater for needs like mine.

The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are comfortable. It has a swimming pool, spa room and massages and gym. Breakfast is pretty good. There is no room service, which I called a little attention being that they have restaurant in the hotel. The location is not quite good but you can walk to the center without a problem.
The attention is correct, it does not stand out or is a bad thing. It has a large cellar.

Excellent price and quality ratio. The people are very attentive, the hotel is a quiet place, no hustle. The breakfasts are very complete with an excellent pastry. Very comfortable rooms. Definitely a place where I would go again.

Clean and comfortable rooms run by very friendly and helpful staff, but the building needed some maitenance. The resturant was average and the kitchen seemed to be struggling at 1/3 capacity. Would recommend staying here but eating out.

Very comfortable and clean, close to the center although the location is shining. Excellent food service. The pool was excellent.

When we arrived we were well received, but did not comment on the facilities that counted the hotel nor told us the breakfast schedule or anything. We ate at the hotel restaurant very well. The problem was at night we wanted to bathe there was no cold water, they offered us a room just for bathing, instead of giving us another room. The water in the minibar was open it is more filled with tap water and the worst thing when we leave we wanted to recharge the accommodation. Very bad attention in general.

We felt very comfortable and cared for like queens. Thank you very much for these days and for allowing us to enjoy until the last minute of our stay!

Very good service, clean, large and bright rooms, a luxury breakfast. Several loobies with sofas on the ground floor. But high price for the location, in an old area of the city, desolate at night, unsafe, away from the main square and pedestrian. Adult people to mobilize at night use taxi or own car. Garage Cara.

The Hotel is very good, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the pools are barbaric (a little cold the big pool) The staff is very attentive and helpful, the location of the best, near the center but not in the middle of the mess. The breakfast is varied and of very good quality, the fruit and the juice of orange squeezed perfect!, highly recommended.

Great place to do events. As lectures or in our particular case make a technical talk of new products to be marketed.

Nice hotel with a very good location in Centro area. Rooms are well laid out. Bathroom does not have good shelf space but overall a very nice hotel. Parking in a garage in the basement was perfect.

Check-in and check-out times 3pm and 11am are not flexible even though very few guests at the hotel. The main elevators were broken and we had to use one staff elevator.

The truth that you can not call 4 star. The hotel had a bad smell (sewer) in all the 3 floor, which is the one we touched. When you enter the room you hit the smell in the face, came from the drainage of the bathtub. No it was never during the 4 days that we were there. The bathroom door was so warped by the moisture that did not close, which sends you all the moisture from the shower to the room and when you turn on the bathroom fan to dry a bit the environment, makes a noise quite annoying. The sink very well, but the amount of lounge chairs and umbrellas is scarce. The breakfast is good. The parking is charged separately from ($75 per night — January 2016) but are rare, and if they occupy all get sent to the front parking lot which is the ENTRANCE OF THE GUARD OF A CLINIC!. These are detected and passed a lot of people around the cars and charge you the same… The care is very good, the staff is attentive and courteous.

Does not 4 star, they don't have direct tv, do not clean me shampoo, cream rinse, SOAP, or salts when they came to clean the room, horrible breakfast croissants in syrup, old things, toasted old and harsh, horrible sweet, has heated pool, the jacuzzi is one for the entire hotel!, of which with luck conseguis shift for use it only by 1 time (works of 12 to 21 hs), the parking you got that pay it apart, the bed not was double (were 2 box springs of a square and half coupled) I felt really ripped.

Stayed here as part of a group that was guaranteed a rate, when I got home and checked my Visa bill I was horrified to see I was charged over $800.00 for a 3 nite stay. After I had a Spanish speaking friend look over the bill I was actually charged twice for the same room on the same day. So be sure to look over your bill before paying and have someone interpret it if necessary. I could have stayed at the Hyatt for a lot cheaper! I have e-mailed the hotel to have them look into my problem but two weeks later and no reply. I definitely would never return to this hotel and will let anyone I know who is travelling to Mendoza Argentina to not stay here. Very poor customer service.

Hotel very modern and complete. Very useful to relax after a long day on the mountain. Excellent facilities and all functional. Always attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast offered is very varied and of good quality. The restaurant serves dishes at a reasonable cost, for not having the need to go out to eat. Recommended location in my next visit to mendoza.
