Total disaster! We were a group of 30 people on the long fin of November. The reserves were made and completely settled from about 2 months.
We arrived at the hotel at 11 am and the rooms were not yet ready. We were told they were late, that at 12 30 hs we could settle in, so we went to breakfast and came back. We were offered to leave the bags in a comun (not safe) acorridor. When we got back, they weren't ready yet. They started delivering the rooms at 14 hours. In my particular case I was delivered at 15 hours and assigned a room with separate beds when I had booked marriage, so I had to wait more time for them to find some "available". To all this we had our first excursion at 15 30 hours, so most could neither bath nor change, and others went on the excursion without having received their room.
No one offered us a glass of water, let alone give us a room to store our bags, when we asked for a bath while we waited the rooms we were assigned one without higenic paper. Later I found out that the same thing had happened in other rooms.
The day we were supposed to leave the hotel at 10am, we had the last tour. We were supposed to leave the bags outside until the time of return, but from the hours of delay we had on the first day we asked the day before the hotel to give us permission to compensate for those hours that were due to us, but they refused to make amends for which any way. I am sorry to have to give this opinion as there were some (few) employees who looked after us very well, but the real culprits were never interested in our well-being.
