The beds were good. Friendly staff. The bathrooms a little dirty. Breakfast was good.

Poor attention to the public, a single person performs multiple functions, from reception, administrative tasks and cleaning.
Please note that the breakfast provided by the hostel does not correspond to the breakfast offered before booking the service.
One of our companions suffers from a dietary restriction and I had to beg every day that at breakfast there was an option according to their needs.

The attention is inefficient, we claimed what we thought was fair, the claim was for breakfast which stated that it was continental: this includes cold cuts, cheeses, yoghur, various juices, we hired this hostel because a traveler was celiac, we we found a breakfast of hard bread, tea and jam, we made the claim three days, the third they put oranges and bananas. The disrespectful and disrespectful owner, disrespectful not to listen to us and with highness to answer that we make the claim to consumer defense, and selfless never to appear to face. The three times we claimed was by employees who did not have the items to fix any kind of problem. On the third day, before the mention of exercising our consumer right, there the owner called by telephone. In the kitchen no element worked: the two electric kettles that had not made contact, the burnt anafe, (no gas) two pots to cook for all rooms. The room calurosisima. Go to San Salvador, but avoid Hostelina, they do not have good judgment with customers, they are not interested.
