Good lakefront location. Very good rooms and services like spa games for children and bicycles. Also transfers to the hot springs.

All excellent, there is nothing to think badly about. Spacious, well-kept room with a spa, indoor and outdoor pool, gym and large park. The confectionery overlooks the lake.

Very nice hotel hurts the bad predisposition of the cleaning staff I bought some cold cuts for gift and kept them in the frigo bar and disappeared a pity this happened in Easter nobody took care only mistreatment.

I recommend it for price, quality. But they could improve simple things and it would be the perfect place! There is a lack of maintenance in different sectors. The breakfast is very complete but the replenishment is quite staggered and you have to settle for what you have to do or wait. Overall very good!

More than 11 years ago we started going to the hotel and it really is a place to recommend, very good service, cleanliness, super satisfied so we come back whenever we can!

Beautiful hotel, amenities are very good, rooms, cleanliness, park, swimming pools, breakfast, attention of the staff. All excellent.
As an observation to improve, perhaps it would be good if the pools are painted, it looks worn and the lights were on the edge without working with the cables stuck in the pool, I think that generates insecurity.
But well the rest 10 points.

It is always a pleasure to come back are we choosing beautiful view of the river and the rooms very nice. Excellent food at the restaurant, the only constructive criticism is missing grill on the menu, but otherwise everything delicious, the Spa is something that I adore.

We went alone to dinner. We were hosted in the other hand. The dinner is very good; it is not expensive. Very good customer service.

It is a very good hotel, it offers a very good comfort, very nice rooms, has 3 pools, two of them are outdoors and a heated, this close to the waterfront, its restaurant has a very good quality of food, has a gym, a recreation area for children, Spa and cinema.

The hotel is good! But it lacks four stars. The best, the location, the worst the attention of the kids in the pool bar. They're very crude.
To improve, the rooms do not have black our curtains, at 6 in the morning you are awake, being that it is a hotel to rest. It does not have the Pluss channels in the room, quite rare in a 4 star. The rest, good! Rwcomendable.

Holtel too expensive. Very lacked of details and cleanup. Kitchen good but very expensive. Wise broken and stained. Toallones and towels … ditto. Finding parking is impossible. The attention of the receptionists is null and void and reluctantly. Very far from what is expected. Missed cleaning. Full of fabrics of spiders of spiders in all sectors of the hotel. Also. Cienpies and ants in the premises.

Very comfortable Hotel… family. Very picturesque. It has two very nice outdoor pools with warm water and a pool covered with hot water and hydro massage! The breakfast was great.

I loved it, I would go again. I spent a Christmas and a great stay. Prices according to the place, the negative the value of the Christmas dinner which was too expensive and the free bar was up to the one nothing else. Little music to dance. We were looking forward to more.

Comfortable! Excellent location facing the lake ideal to rest and relax! The pools are nice. The services are well related to the price, added points the spa sector with sauna, offer massages, hydro, hairdressing service and other services for all ages, good gastronomy especially pasta. Super recommended.

This cute, very familiar. The only thing that the gym is all broken and the bikes lack maintenance. The waiter in the restaurant very bad vibe.

Very poor staff attention. We were very badly treated. They didn't want to solve an inconvenience we had. The door to the room worked poorly. But certainly the worst of all is the staff.

Excellent place to relax, nice view to the river from their gardens and rooms. Very good service in the restaurant and their dishes are first-rate, quality, presentation and flavors. I really recommend this place.

It was the third year that we came to the hotel. On this occasion it was disastrous. Our package was for 4 days staying at 2 bedroom upper. The hab 508 was in these terms: Fan to the point of falling, dirty air conditioning with the lid hanging off, fridge not working, temperature constant x pipe in the floor. (the technicians told us they did not have a solution, as if the out left the hotel, without heating). All of this took us 1 day and a half of our vacation to begin to enjoy. Not let us the towels we had to ask them to reception. Asked to talk to the manager or owner Mrs Mariel. We communicated only did this afternoon never appeared or had no interest in dialogue. In every shift of the reception asked. The last day we received abuse x part of Gisela. Only we called for a redress. We collected only $300. Nor an apology. I am a technical company and I speak with knowledge. The hotel category is 4 stars. Very far away you are from your debt. I want to highlight the restaurant and the attention of the spa.

A shame we were in June and the Spa was still destroyed. Dirty. Abandoned. The. Food is no longer the same as other years. And neither does the cleaning. It's a shame on a hotel. So beautiful that it came so low!

Excellent stay. Everything was perfect the attention to the food facilities, I encantabque're repairing anything, just like we were able to enjoy all the services without problem.! A hotel that I would recommend without hesitation. We will Return!
