Excellent service, comfortable facilities and very good restaurant service.

Nice hotel. The location is perfect. Just a few meters from the main squares. The breakfasts room in floor 9 has a wonderful sightseeing. The room was nice and quiet. I couldn't use the swimming pool since it was winter. :-p.

Terrible. It says 4 stars and they give you frayed towels. A tube TV that was getting the audio wrong. Bad attention. We were told wrong about the breakfast schedule and we missed it. At 8 a. M. We wake up with the phone, service we didn't request. We're not coming back.

Good rooms. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It has private parking inside the hotel's previous. Very nice pool. And excellent breakfast with a beautiful view.

The staff are always so happy and welcoming to the people. They really make the hotel special!

He's not on TV. There's No air. No phone to talk to reception. Noise of machines on the roofs does not let sleep. We'll see breakfast tomorrow. I added: The room key card was not walking and I had to do 3 trips to the reception until it was sorted out.
PS: At night they put Onda and gave me another room OK.

It was OK not great! Shower door didn't close correctly, no wash cloths, much lime that needed cleaning. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel. A beautiful view towards the square and the cathedral. Several improvements have been made lately. Very good service from all the staff.

The location was good. We had drawbacks c the smell of sewer Q was leaving the room… Very old everything. Maintenance is lacking. And the TV was not led…

We had some difficulties with booking on a website given that the booking confirmed and after 10 hr by car on our arrival didn't know anything about us thanks that on the tablet looking at historical the reservation was found. We spent a few annoying moments but end well all right.

Comfortable place, very helpful staff and super attentive. Poor breakfasts, lunch and dinner could put more effort into it. The good thing is central and one has several restaurants.

Nice location in the center, very varied breakfast, small but comfortable rooms, the parking is not enough when the hotel is complete as well the lifts you have to climb and down many times by stairs, especially at the time of Breakfast on the ninth floor.

Very good at choice the abitrations are very comfortable and great when I go to yfast is very good has everything I go to the hotel big concorridia in the summer for my friend's birthday I always had hot water in the hotel big jump.

Perfect location, good staff, 210 tourist rooms, at least the one I was in, lack of cleanliness, in what is the bathroom! What, I do NOT like, apart from the cleaning Obvious, is that people from outside, enter the hotel pool, beyond paying $100, on pool day. They grab the pooping, and the ones we actually pay, to be there, days staying at the hotel, we have to be on the side, sitting. I don't think that's right.! Since we paid, to use, all the hotel facilities, less than a month ago I was there.

Being a hotel 4 star, there are details that cannot be passed. Them lifts leave much to desire. Service breakfast, always the coffee is burned, and the shampoo and soaps of poor quality. Careful of your personal care saves him.
