I spend the same as many people, booked by booking, we got there and had no reservation, while booking the reservation was active, never communicated with us or sent us an email nothing, the reservation I made with more than a month in advance, get to the place and have no reservation was a chaos, long weekend, was all exhausted, nor passages to return I had, the truth do not recommend it, if they do not understand how it works booking should not use it, or minimally should call to warn, many times use Booking and I never had any problems.

Book by booking, and when you get to the place with the reserve still active, I was told that they had already reserved it to other people, and that when they wanted to cancel the reservation from booking "No one answered them". It was long weekend of carnival and there was no availability of anything in V Gral Belgrano, I had to go back, are the worst.

Super friendly people. The location is excellent. The tricky thing is the parking lot that is 200mts approx and moving the suitcases is a little complicated for example on rainy days.

I made a reservation that was confirmed via mail and upon arrival I was told that the room had already been occupied. Unfortunate. The person in charge was not friendly and did not know how to handle the situation, basically he cared nothing that we would have made the reservation in advance. Also I am thankful because the place is not worth what it costs, a place to all lights outdated, without maintenance, access is going through a commercial gallery, which I particularly did not like.

The staff is very friendly and willing. The breakfast that is included is taken in the cafe that is located across the street. Both the rooms and the structure are old and have some details to improve. The guest has the freedom to enter and leave the Inn with his own key.

The place is clean, it is nice, the staff is nice and it is located in a very good place (in my opinion, this is by far the best that the Inn has). What I did not like was that the room I was in was too small for two people and that the staff were only present on the day we arrived at the establishment to give us the room and when we retired, to charge us, I think it is no more to say that T Uvimos to coordinate by messages an hour and date to pay them, in what were unpunctual with respect to the time when we notified in advance the urgency to start the return.
Beyond this, the place is recommended and my score I made it taking into account also the lack of "amenities" and "attentions" of the establishment.

The best place to stay at Villa General Belgrano, with excellent attention and a strategically located place in the city center. A beautiful view, excellent attention to the rooms and the cleaning service, neat bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Small and charming place… I'd come back! Excellent location… warm attention!
