Very bad. A theft value for money. Some details we stayed 4 people did not give me towels when I ordered them I was given 1grande and 1 hand. The publication says air conditioning but was supposedly just for cold to heat gas stove. Blankets only 1 polar blanket in each bed in the middle of July. Breakfast was good. There are no people from 6 pm to 8 a. M. Very, very bad.

Last month I made a reservation, I automatically made a transfer so that the reservation is frozen. The day I arrive at the place I am greeted by a blonde lady with settled foreigner who I ask where I can leave the place in the area to make the entrance to the establishment. He tells me not to worry that they had another hotel two blocks away and that I could leave the car there. He never told me I had to pay money at what time or that the place would charge me per day. In the area there were several well equipped parking lots, but where I left my vehicle was a decamped with black doors that was in front of the other hotel "Port Tiger". The days I stayed, I asked for towels for the apartment of 4 women who had not changed the towels, requesting toilet paper that they also did not replace in any department, all over the phone, since there is never anyone in the place. I also had to receive a family of 5 who arrived at 9 pm and there was no one to receive them and they had not been given a contact by the time they got to the place, lucky I was downstairs with the ladies trying to ask for things and we saw them arrive. The day I retire I am informed that I must pay $600 from the garage that I was never informed and besides that when sending me the link to pay by card, since I did not have the cash, through booking I was sent a delta port link wanting to charge $8000 "by mistake". I'll pay the $600 from the garage because I'm not like you, but I'm never coming back.

Recommended for a weekend getaway. Excellent location. Simple breakfast. Clean rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good point of the city and very comfortable to go to the park of the coast and fruit market.

The noise of the restaurant exhaust from next to the hotel! and the air conditioner that didn't reach the room! When we checked in, we were told that they had had a problem with our apartment and that it was going to take 40 minutes, we had to go for a walk because there is no place to wait. The apartment does not have anything prepared for cooking, only dishes, glasses and cutlery to eat and a kettle. They ask you what time you want to have breakfast and they take you an hour later, it doesn't make sense. There's never anyone in the reception. They only accept cash, if you want bill they charge more. Hello AFIP. Bad maintenance: 2 lights didn't work and a wall was all dirty. I found very scarce breakfast for what one is paying for. Another good thing is the location, you are facing the park of the coast, two blocks from Chinatown and half a block from a train station on the coast. When we arrived we were excited because we saw a lot of restaurants nearby, you fijás the ratings and they are all one worse than the other, you pass by the door and you see that they have the food at room temperature at the entrance, you can pass and fiddle all that that is going to stay there PA RA to be eaten by the next one.

Reservación hecha por Expedia fue una pesadilla. Hotel cobró encima lo aprobado por Expedia. El administrador, un tal Angel nos recibía malhumorado si se le pedía que arreglara el AC o la luz del cuarto Eramos tres personas pero ni por eso no sirvieron bien. NUNCA regreso. Me dieron un cuarto que hacía muchísimo ruido pues estaba conectada al extractor de la cocina del restaurante del primer piso. Me cambiaron pero perdí una noche de sueño. Wifi, intermitente. avoid it. Terrible experience. Reservation made for 3 people via Expedia was not honored and we were charged extra for that. Got a noise room, connected to the extractor from restaurant downstair. The day after the ladies managed to move me to another one. The Wifi was terrible and intermittent. One evening the AC and the light bulb didn't work for my colleague and since none was at the reception we guessed the room of "Angel' the administrator. I knocked his door and he didn, t like it. He came to fix it in such a bad mood that he was doing a favor to us. The ladies working there, (very helpful) were nice but because this guy Angel I will never go back nor recommend it.

A place I wouldn't go back to, they didn't have 2 sets of cutlery. Only one and two dishes, the cleaning service falls to you at any time you fancy them. The "breakfast" croissants are hard and overheated along with the warm orange juice they bring you. It's a trap that place don't go.

The location is excellent. Very good facilities. But the service leaves much to be desired because they do not have the number of employees necessary to accomplish the basic tasks. Hardly find in the reception to any employee, not even to the night. The cleaning halfway and the breakfast a disaster. A shame to not know as it is the basics of a hosting.
