Beautiful hotel, excellent service, highly recommended.

A wonderful place surrounded by nature, mut good attention of the people who are in charge, there is a theme with the smell of sewer in the rooms that is very strong.
It could improve vegetarian food without tacc.

I went for the first time in 2016. The experience was so amazing that I came back that same year. However, I visited it again this year, twice, and it was no longer the same. In some respects it looks neglected. Especially the rooms, not so much the common spaces. The toilet did not work well. The safe did not work and began to sound non-stop at 07 a. M. At the front desk they did not respond. I have visited other hotels of the same category and of similar costs and the services are abysmal. Here, access to TV channels are limited, there is no in-room coffee maker or common spaces. Just a cold water dispenser. In the minibar there were only two waters and the refrigerator did not even work, the waters were hot. There are no chances of Late Check out.
A pity. I think with what comes out, I shouldn't have so many issues to improve.

The environment, the attention, the relaxation and the well-being it generates! We loved it! We had fun! Great yoga class. A facials cabinet to pamper yourself a little. Various greens, various birds, beautiful sounds of the night in the delta! To come back!

The gastronomy service does not according to the place, little varied food, of poor quality and the bad attention as well as the reception.
Hotel stopped in time by the services they provide and the cost it has.

Way overpriced for poor quality maintenance and cleaning of facilities. The food was also mediocre. It’s a lovely location but needs some serious TLC and money to bring this place up to snuff. It’s a bit sad but no where near worth the price we paid.

Today I found myself for the second time visiting the hotel. My first experience was amazing, enjoy much of their environments and of their silence to rest. TODAY I WENT through THE SAME thing… there were at least 4 groups of different companies celebrating the end of the year. Yelling, put to music at volumes which are unacceptable in a spa. I went 3 times to the reception to ask for explanations and the only thing they told me was “you were warned when you pledge that there would be events? ”
Obviously not I was told of this situation but had asked the other day bearing in mind that my intention was to relax and enjoy a spa day. Throughout this bad experience is that I say they are not selling the service that they say they sell. Thanks for everything, but I will not go back nor recommend this place because they do not treat you in the best way when there is an option that leaves them more money.

The place is amazing I went several times already but never stayed one night like this time. The only thing I criticize is the excessive price of drinks, unnecessary and perhaps a third option would add to the menu. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it without hesitation. A unique place a few minutes from the capital.

I Went on a business event. The Place is amazing with super modern facilities in the middle of nature. The only thing I would have seen is just the business events that invaded that day the whole place with quite uncontrolled, for someone who went to relax would have been impossible.

We went the weekend of 24.01 and it was very good stay there. To begin with, very friendly all staff, in special Ana, who failed to resolve a problem with vouchers in a way fast. Very well designed! As for the hotel, very nice in general. We went to a standard, very comfortable room, spacious cabinets where you store things, safe, air conditioning, hair dryer, have directv. Meals: lunch were type all-you-can-eat. With choices of beef, chicken, pork, pasta and salads. Varied in general. The dinner was a la carte, with choice of two appetizers, two entrees and two desserts. On both occasions a drink without alcohol and coffee are included. The breakfast is simple but very rich also. As for the spa, it is very cute. We do not use it, but is very well decorated and have many extra options for relaxation. The external pools are well, only that would best general maintenance. The water is clean, the problem is in the Woods around, that would need to be in a better State. The pool deck is better maintained, more fresh since at that time they not heated it, leave it at room temperature. Conclusion: a very beautiful place for unplugged weekend and enjoy the tranquility of the place.

Dont waste your precious time. They tried and succed to tell us one price on the phone then charge us more when we arrived. Not content with this the manager implied we were lying. They made us wait over 45 minutes to get in. Apart from this they charged us for 2 poached eggs 70 pesos when we paid all inclusive. Ripp off. There is no care to customer satisfaction its run like its owned by a hedge fund.
