I really improved the hotel restaurant and Park last year to this. Very nice hotel, what they have to improve is the amount of plugs in the rooms and in the lounge Xq had a slipper plugged into the other for the Toasters and dispensers at breakfast,, Yun Day one of the slippers made short. The pools and the spa justify, by themselves, returning to this hotel (in fact, we always return). But also it has very good rooms, bathrooms and a very correct attention. We went to the restaurant only once because we found it expensive.

It does not have air conditioning in operation or according to the infrastructure. The wine is not at the right temperature. There's moisture in the walls. You see only a few TV channels, the rest all snowed. The cafeteria doesn't exist, you ask for hours to attend. There are 2 different experiences with a 24-month span between the two. Everything stays the same.

Update 2018: Vinimos nuevamente ahora para pasar 2 semanas. Lamentablemente esta vez no fue tan buena la experiencia. Las habitaciones siguen siendo confortables y el personal del hotel 10 puntos. El problema ahora se lo llevan las instalaciones en primer lugar porque estamos en una ola de calor que es fantástica para entrar a la pileta, pero por problemas de tensión el hotel no es capaz de hacer funcionar el aire acondicionado. Eso significa que durante la noche prácticamente no se puede dormir del calor que hace (algo totalmente inadmisible para un hotel 4 estrellas). Por otro lado si uno va con niños pequeños seguramente quiera ir a la pileta climatizada que sólo tiene horario para ellos de 11.30am a 6.30pm, siendo que está al rayo del sol es demasiado calor y sol. Nos quisimos quedar más tarde, pero nos echaron del personal del hotel (incomprensible). El restaurante cambió la carta en el medio y si bien la comida es rica, no parece un restaurante de hotel 4 estrellas. El servicio (mantelería, vajilla) y atención es bueno, pero la comida deja un poco que desear. Algunos postres son malos y platos sencillos para chicos como milanesa no son tan ricos. El golpe de gracia se lo llevó el día que no nos hicieron la habitación y cuando llamamos para que nos la hicieran nos dijeron que "no les quedaban más sábanas king size", nuevamente INADMISIBLE, para un hotel 4 estrellas.

Unfortunately we experienced a show on Saturday until the wee hours, it is not compatible with a hotel to relax, music was heard in the rooms.
