I do not recommend it for people who have a child with a disability my child has autism me. They had a hard time being that I pay my stay only two and a half days left for my baby medical shift turns out that he. Chico attends you with a bad face and me. I said that please shut up my son being that he has autism I can not control him he expresses himself as well as does not speak. I feel that they discriminated against me and I asked for a bill for my stay and they didn't give it to me. They want me practically to do with my baby but pay. Tdo for his cry that le. I stayed on Tuesday, August 17 until Thursday at 4pm but I retired earlier because the truth was they made me have a hard time for my son. They should put up a sign that they do not rent a child with autism or a disability. I never come back I don't recommend it again.

I loved the attention, the location just meters from the obelisk, expanded it from the rooms, and the breakfast very rich, debtless would come back. A little more fruits at breakfast wouldn't be bad at all. Thank you Hotel Reina for ☺ and highlighted the attention of the staff, as there would be no use to the rest if the staff were not friendly.

The truth is not recommended in the least. Attention a disaster. Smell of moisture. The facilities are not working well. Noisy. Unsafe. Unfortunate everything.

Unfortunately my stay was not good. The people who work in that place are very poorly educated, daring and always with a bad face. I was in the 410 that rained, they intended to go in to fix without the consent of us, with bad mood they changed us to another! Sugar had ants, a grime all! I don't go again or recommend it to anyone! LAMENTABLEEEEEE!

The staff is very nice and friendly and they are always outstanding if the guest needs anything. They are conditioning the hotel x so there are details that should not be observed until the arrangements are complete. Breakfast, a delight the croissants of lard!

I stayed at the hotel from May 2 to 5 of the current year and wanted to publicly report that Damian from the front desk used the hotel information (in this case my cell phone number) to write to me at 12.30 p. The only good thing is the location. The hotel is very old and has a smell of storage. Nothing to do with what it looked like in the pictures. Very poor attention from the receptionist who are not even able to help with the suitcases. In my case arrives with 3 suitcases and none was able to help me raise or the smallest. Not when I go in or when I left. It's not a law that they have to help but for kindness they could try.
I don't recommend the truth.

For being a two star hotel I found it good but depending on the room you touch, some are very good and others in not so good condition and smell old. They have air conditioning but no Wi-Fi in the rooms, there are only in some common areas. The breakfast is very small. Sometimes it costs to get room because the hotel is full and if you want to book half stay more, you confirm it at the last minute with the disadvantage that if you do not let you stay in band.

It is very well located with quick access to all means of transport. The relationship price quality is consistent.

The rooms are big, clean and nice, their wi fi is good for a hotel, and their breakfast is acceptable. There's a subway entrance just in front of the hotel, making it very easy to travel from there.

Was beautiful! I was in July and they were remodeling. I hope to be able to go the first few days of December.

I don't recommend it. Good care but the 4th floor (where I touched) don't have hot water. The rooms are in very bad state. And the noise of the street is a constant. If you are looking for tranquility and bath with hot water, this hotel is not for you.
