5-star location, staff, decor, communications, beds, space, furniture, dipping pool, honesty bar — just a great space to relax and base yourself a few days. Perfect. Take advantage of the airport pick up and have the perfect welcome from Claudio and smooth and informed start to your stay. We also took a private tour with Claudio which was excellent and tailored to what we needed. He knows Buenos Aires well and clearly loves his work.

Cozy and spacious apartment with a nice touch of friendly, thoughtful service. Good kitchen for those who want to cook. Reasonable rates. Towels and pillows look a tad old otherwise no complaints.

This became instantly my favorite place to stay in Buenos Aires, regardless if it is for business or pleasure. This is not a hotel. It is so much more. It is a luxury apartment just ready for you to rent it per night. The welcome you with a bottle of local wine and an ipod to reproduce their music selection. If you don't like it they also left for you a very decent speaker with an AUX cable for you to plug your own device. The apartments on the firs floor have a very nice terrace to enjoy the bottle of wine we were just discussing. They offer a borrowed local cell phone at no cost and all TVs are equipped with an Apple TV for you to sign in with your own Netflix account. All this at a very reasonable price and in one of the best locations in Buenos Aires. However, again, this is not a hotel, so there is no room service, no breakfast in the morning and they only clean your room if you ask them to. But believe me you will not miss any of that! Poetry building, one of my favorites hotels in the world!

The apartment is beautiful, in a great location. The staff are incredibly friendly and the amenities are hard to beat.

Poetry Building is Amazing! Outstanding in every way, Fantastic Area near Bakeries, Shops, Restaurants & Cafes. Our Unit 3A was Spacious, Comfortable and had a Wonderful Olde Argentinian Feel. The Staff all spoke English and couldn't have been more helpful, we immediately felt welcome and at home.
A special Thank you to Brent for making the Pat's Game happen, that was the biggest highlight of our trip! If you're looking for a place to stay in Buenos Aires, this is it, Highly Recommended!

Wonderful building. Lovely and ineresting tour. Amazing views.

Wonderful people for a wonderful building in a very good shape. We were just two in our tour (so, it was private), our guide was super friendly and we got to see every square centimeter of the building, alone! She spoke slowly so that I could translate in French to my mother every sentence. Take the early morning tour 10AM, it is the best because no one take them! Thank you very much for that great morning!

This is a little gem in the middle of Buenos Aires. Helpful and the service is 2nd to none. We have stayed there twice, the 2nd time was a last minute stay but Poetry delivered the best accommodations including transportation and food.
I am 100% endorsing this wonderful building/hotel/temporary home/gorgeous apartments!

Outstanding friendly staff provided the best concierge service. English & Spanish spoken by all. Nicely furnished apartments. Lovely neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Convenient shopping. Organic garden on the roof was cool. Fresh chilies, tomatoes, etc. Sorry we had to leave. We loved Buenos Aires. The Poetry Building made it extra special. Our stay was 11 nights in total. Wish we had longer.

The tour was really good. The tour guide was full of enthusiasm. The building, however, needs more TLC…

Must see classical office building from 1923 completely inspired by Dante Alighieri's Divina Comedia. Guided tours from Monday to Saturday (except Tuesdays) in the morning and afternoon. Also possible to visit at night for a higher fee from Wednesday to Saturday at 8 pm with a Tango show included in the entertainment on Wednesday and classical music on the other nights. Amazing views of the city center from the lighthouse on top.

Definitely the place to stay in Buenos Aires: the restoration of the building was very careful and knew how to maintain the elegance and the exclusive details of this palatial French century-style. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and were decorated with exquisite taste. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I travel to Buenos Aires I stayed in Poetry.

Stay Here! After a decade of booking a variety of hotels and apartments all over Buenos Aires we have finally found the one. Stylish, clean, sophisticated. Great location. Reasonable prices. Excellent owner. You will not be disappointed.
