Very good experience, just to improve the Wi-Fi that did not work in the 24 hours that I was and that took us to give us the room, they had told me that I could check in a little before 14 when I consulted and they ended up giving me the room at 3 pm (1 hour after the q run). The rest great!

Excellent attention from all its employees (waiters, concierges, porters, all), very good value for money. Visit other 5 star hotels better, but the truth is that we leave very satisfied. The location is excellent and quiet. We would surely come back.

I loved this hotel, it’s modern, it’s a big and great hotel, the service is complete, the rooms have an unique design, the beds are very comfortable, the bar some empty but it have the necessary for enjoy a drink or snack. The room service is magnificently complete, I ordered spaguetti whit meatballs and I must say is perfect, beautiful and complete.

It was not at all what we expected, dirty environment, not at all clean, when we used the shower the whole bathroom was flooded, and it was all very noisy, we heard knocks all the time in the hallway, the cleaning staff made more noise than the general congested peace. Disaster and total disappointment, it charges you a lot for what they offer.

We loved everything! very good massages.

Total shame. I worked 3 days and I wasn't paid a dime without even giving me a meal in those 3 days. Total labor exploitation: they demand you to act as a bartender, waiter, comisse, receptionist, REPOSITOR and receptionist of merchandise and whatever they can think of. Silvia Schmidt, the supervisor is the most lying and abusive thing with employees that I have seen in 10 years working in hotels. He has the staff stressed, threatened with kicking them out if they don't do what he asks of them and in bad ways all the time. The facility falls apart and there is grime everywhere. 1000% not recommended for anyone.

The best of the hotel the excellent staff so friendly and polite. It's what we would come back for, then a lot to improve! but excellent human warmth!

Nice hotel though not so modern. Clean and tidy. Although they could update some rooms and particularly the bathroom. The pool is not very large and had a lot of chlorine (this in the second subsoil, therefore there is not much ventilation). The breakfast is quite complete.

An overrall excelent experience with great rooms, a fantastic breakfast and even a spa and a swimming pool. Staffers are very corteous and fluent in portuguese and english. Don't forget to try the chocolate filled medialunas, the local version of croissant.

Classic hotel, not prepared to accommodate large numbers of people. We were for a long weekend and the service left a lot to be desired, especially knowing that we were paying for a 5 star service. The very small spa, they ran out of robes, lack of heating that caused us to change rooms, delays in services, lots of unresolved details. Anyway. The service provided would be worthy of a 3 or 4 star hotel and not 5.

Horrible stay, old hotel without renovating, lousy restaurant, not to the height of a 5 star that asks you 130 + dollars per night. I stayed for three weeks and the staff did nothing to make my stay any more enjoyable. Hotels like that are scams.

Very nice hotel. The very spacious and comfortable triple room with different sectors for the matrimonial bed and the child. Very good service and a great breakfast to enjoy. The area is comfortable to get around in public transport.

We made a reservation for 2 rooms, one is OK and mine is a crappy old one. How they pick who they give the room to? Racial profiling? Interesting… they will not get more of my company business anymore.

Really very well located very central and easy access, the area is very friendly with many cafes and bars is pedestrian many businesses around. The hotel is very good very clean and the atmosphere is very nice. Great place to make a conference or presentations The truth has all the necessary infrastructure to use its meeting rooms I was surprised by the attention of the people who were totally concerned that everything goes well. More than advisable for an event. Quiet and cozy.

No parking in the hotel. The rooms on the street are super noisy as there are bars downstairs and you hear everything. The size of the room is generous.

The pool is a puddle. The Jacuzzi is very good. There's no natural light in the place. Coffee is paid, there's only tea.

Pretend to be a 5 stare hotel but the service and some features are not, i. E. There is no free Wi-Fi in the rooms only in the lounge, to have Wi-Fi in the room they ask an extra fee.

Beautiful Hotel. Spent several months here for work reasons. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large rooms, especially the suites (though to be modernized), and clean. Small but nice gym, small pool but still pleasant.
Only sore note the restaurant, little choice, very little choice.
It remains a fixed point for those who want to stay for a long time in the center of Buenos Aires, on foot you can reach the main attractions and places of interest.

The worst hotel experience of my life! They dont care about the guests. Terrible service that cannot do basic stuff for the guests like order the taxi. Besides, my colleague ordered laundry service and got holes in his pants. Awful food for breakfast as well. Highly not recommended!

The place is luxurious. Very tasteful and with much larger rooms Q the average. But they are very greedy with inputs. They don't give you enough bathroom implements and the spa staff are very inattentive. Q The other thing I did not like is Q the photo of the pool Q promote is not from that hotel. Therefore it is fraudulent publicity. Breakfast is very good quality but very little variety.

For over one year I've received e-mails from Julieta Giusti, from Meliá Buenos Aires. I've already written to her asking, kindly, to stop sending me e-mails. I've tried to reach Meliá and ask the same "favor". But, they insist in sending e-mail to people who didn't ask to and don't agree with it. So, I will NEVER stay in a hotel that doesn't respect customers in potential.

The staff is attentive. The pool and gym get very crowded but it keeps a quiet climate inside everything. Room and breakfast chords. No parking But they validate the ticket to the beach in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the location is good for the city centre, close to Puerto Madero and the historic district of BS as. The hotel pool is not recommended at all. The rooms are good and they have good maintenance. Breakfast is pretty full buffet.

Nice hotel, comfortable, well located, with very friendly people. The gym is ok and the pool is a small space that fits the style of the Hotel.
Unfortunately what has to do with food leaves a lot to be desired. 6 days in the Hotel with breakfast exactly the same. Few options, boxed orange juice, bottled apple water… those are the drinking options. I find it incredible that there is no natural things. The minimal fruit season, with peaches and canned pears as well as plums in syrup. There's nothing natural.
For a dinner I wanted to order a vegetable soup and they told me it was from envelope.
The menu of both the restaurant and the room service super limited…
I'm very disappointed in the food.
Lastly, the cleanliness of the rooms is not the best. They only wash the bathroom if one so asks…
I don't think this should happen in a 5-star hotel.
We have been in another Meliá and have not had this experience.

We spent a night with friends before my wedding, we prepared there with makeup artist and Comber.
The place was beautiful, we made use of the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. A beautiful moment of relaxation! Everything is thinking to relax and spend a great day.
The people in charge of the different spaces always the best predisposition to solve concerns or problems.
The breakfast was very clean.

I got trapped in the elevator. I have to call the hotel to let them know that we were trap. Said they were going to send someine and they didn't. When Complain at the front desk, they didn't care as I was on room for a training and not a guest. The elevator don't have any emergency light. Luckily it was only for 20min.

Excellent cuisine, I went to an event and very good attention on the part of the waiters. Lunch is slow to start. Clean and sanitary toilets.

We had a family weekend and while it's a nice hotel it has critical points like the SPA's attention. The facilities in my opinion are in good condition and it is very good the attention and service of the breakfast staff. The area where it is located there are several pubs.

A bit tired building. Tiny bar, average breakfast but the rooms are so quiet that allow you to rest as you can't hear a thing!

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the spa isn't very big… but cozy. It is located in a tourist area close to Puerto Madero and Buenos Aires. The breakfast is very complete.

We spent the weekend with my wife for our anniversary of married… all very nice exept the part of SPA… the pool was not 100% clean, could be seen Moss floating and the jacuzzi was also a bit murky… Besides the jets didn't work entirely and the made did not have the necessary power, nor to talk about noise engine this… UNBEARABLE!
Taking this detail, I recommend the hotel.

This hotel looks very good but scratch the surface and it is disappointing. No free Wi-Fi, no coffee/tea facilities in some rooms and those that have them allow one pot only. No tissues and the bottled water costs a small fortune as do bar prices. Go across the road for cheaper drinks! Displays in foyer need a good dusting. An "all show" hotel.
