Horrible place, unless you like sleeping with cockroaches and bedbugs. Beds broken, rooms that smell to sofrito and baths that leave much that wish. Last night passed it in the Hall by not sleeping in those infected vermin beds.

Do not recommend for anything this hotel, everything is old and dirty.

Excellent location, is close to all bus stops and subway. The Wi-Fi is a bit loose.

We arrived at the hostel and our reservation was not made. They assigned us a room with cheap and cockroaches, we had to claim so we changed room. We changed from a triple to a "double + a bed separated". Separate bed was broken. The Wi-Fi does not work. It was not a good experience. We were going to stay for 8 nights and only stayed 1, had to go look for another accommodation.

Very good location, the bad without Wi-Fi, without breakfast, to which one had arranged for booking and paying for more.

Positive aspects: excellent central location, friendly employees, breakfast reasonable. The area of Congress is very central but also very dirty and unsafe. Price-quality ratio: regular, I believe that it is preferable to stop at a place further away but more comfortable.
