Very nice hotel and excellent service.

A very comfortable place, good services. Close to the most interesting places. I recommend it.

Excellent Breakfast, receptionist attention of the bad night, no room has air conditioning, it's a hell of a heat this. In The hotel features they have air conditioning, but they have central heating, which is not the same, do not think they have a control and can change the temperature because they will pass the same as me.

Well located in dowtown. It is not expensive but the hotel needs a makeover. It is a little bit old fashioned. Breakfast needs to be improved but the price is fair.

Lousy service. More than one hour clock waiting for a room booked and paid with minors, we asked for a bathroom to change a baby and they could not offer me a solution. Meanwhile passed at least 5 guests complaining XQ did not work their cards or PQ had not loaded the Resrvas. I'm not coming back.

Good hotel, with many qualities with a good room and nice bathroom, good location. The only bad thing to criticize is the hygiene so lower my scores q is one of the most important things in a hotel. It lowers its category very much.

The atmosphere is that of the end of mid century. The 70's decor is pretty legit making me think maybe it's been touched little in terms of redecorating. The staff is very accommodating and will help with any questions you may have. They were nice to guide us on how to get to places using public transportation. They even let me borrow a "sube" card for the bus and "subte" (metro). They as well suggested a transfer service to the airport. The continental breakfast is pretty simple. They didn't have eggs out for grabs but they very nicely made some for my friend and I (every morning of our stay). The location is great. You can walk to several points of interest. It's half a block from one of the main shopping streets which take you straight to the Plaza Mayo and Pink House (5 blocks) and the Obelisk and Teatro Colon (Avenida 9 de Julio). Galerías Pacífico (mall) is within same distance. There are also several restaurants and little convenience stores along the close by streets. There are shows (tango, comedy) every night at the corner of the street which you can appreciate from your room window if you're high enough or you can just join the crowd at the corner. The place is clean, they replace towels every day and restock toiletries. The only frustrating thing was the Wi-Fi. It's terrible in the bedrooms, at least in the one we stayed. But it's great downstairs in the breakfast area and lobby, where they have several sitting available as well as a desktop computer for use.

The reception and the lounge are pretty good but the room wasn't that good. The location is awesome.

As 4 star is graded, and we have been in other 3-star much better. The Wi-Fi was wrong, and hear all the movement of the Hall and the other room. I went with good reference but I had no luck… I paid four night and cdo I installed the air was not walking, I died of heat four nights… and out they charged me two things that I not consumed from the mini bar. The only good thing is the location. The rooms are horrible, all very old. It seems more a 2 star hotel, one of almost 4. Attention is not good. One night we needed blankets for us towards cold and not us wanted give that to them, not to cold. I do not recommend it.

The good: it Has a good location (especially if you come to Arg in order to go to a concert on the Moon, it is within a few blocks of the hotel), very good. The breakfast is very complete, allow you to leave bags before check in and after check out, that is very cool to not have to carry with them.
