Horrible The truth we stayed 4 nights in that hotel the Wi-Fi connection is appalling I went with a kid boy the first room had no plugs they had no adapters to be able to plug the cell phone we didn't want to change rooms we had to spend a night there The next day when I go to bathe my son the bobbin did not work in the tub at that time we were moved from room delayed an hour or two hours in change I was with a boy one year the truth that frightening after that breakfast nothing to do with other V Eces we had gone 7 years ago and really had a continental breakfast this time not even of toasts they had after that in the evening it seems to turn off the boilers because I wanted to take a shower at 3:00 in the morning and the hot water didn't go out I spoke to Reception at reception I was told it was all perfect to let run the water I stayed an hour letting the water run and the water was freezing I could not give the shower after that when we arrived also that I forgot the lamps were not connected I had to ask Reception that came I ran all over the bed my son was sleeping made terrible noise to move us out of the room when the shower was not in the tub faucet came were making noise they were bothering I was going with my husband and with my Baby The truth that we did not want to change immediately because they wanted to solve it and could not have had no choice but to change you see that I have sold or do not care about anything 4 stars currently has nothing we went to that

The best is their location. The rooms are small and comfortable. In my case the hairdryer exploded and caused a short in the bathroom leaving me without light, but they fixed it quickly, and I got the key to another room to use the hairdryer … the cleaning can improve. Breakfast is fine, not much variety but it is rich.

I was at the hotel in June. 2013, the junior staff is excellent but we had a problem with the front desk manager, called José Luis.
