A typical upscale hotel. The rooms and services are very comfortable. Good space. Perfect hygiene. The design could be more modern and less impersonal. Question of tastes.

Great place. Very good and comfortable facilities. Breakfast was very good. The sunset from the pool on the 32nd floor is stunning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable hotel, quick elevators, very varied and exquisite breakfast. Very good services of pool, gym and sauna. Although massages are a bit expensive.
It has a very artistic structure, striking.

Very nice hotel. Excelent and friendly service. The restaurant has got good and wide variety of menus. The coffee is really exquisite. The hotel 's got valet parking service and underground parking. For me this is one of the best hotels the in Buenos Aires.

The Hotel is beautiful the room that we touched was on floor 18, there that had very good view. The room was very clean and comfortable. We Went to the pool but the water did not have a nice temperature, we were cold and left, a shame because the place where this is amazing!

Very good experience. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms very spacious and we had the good surprise to be upgraded to one of the two rooms. At room level, part of the hotel has very recent rooms and another part with older rooms, but very correct. The rooftop pool with city view is superb. Only downside on the breakfast room, for reasons of work, it was served in a conference room a little shabby but the choice of the buffet was varied and very correct. This hotel has a soul and experience, away from the minimalistic modern hotels. And it is excellally located in Buenos Aires.

Not happy. Didn't have TV our entire stay and they didn't do anything about it. The breakfast was horrible! We've travelled all over the world, including to countries that were much poorer and had better food and service. Would not recommend.

Beautiful Hotel. Very good rooms. SPA Floor 23 Impeccable. Attentive staff. The only regret I forgot a garment in the room I called when I left and I could not recover.

Surprised! I thought it was a better hotel. There is no relationship between price and services. I was very disappointed. Very nice decoration of the reception. The staff, it leaves a lot to be desired.

Great hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires, a few meters from the obelisk. Large Conference and convention halls. On the first floor you will find the restaurant Tomo 1, with a first class international cuisine and an exquisite wine list. The lobby has an ideal coffee for business and social meetings.

Very well decorated. Cleanliness in all the hallways and bathrooms. Nice, comfortable and quiet despite being located in the heart of the city of Buenos Aires. Confectionery bar cared with good care and reasonable prices for the place. A very good location for events and congresses. Very accessible transportation.

The hotel gets 3 stars from me.
The cleanliness has diminished considerably in recent years.
Even the PC and printer standing at the reception have a thick dirt layer and dust everywhere.
In the room is a wooden floor and after walking around on the socks I had many long hair hanging.
Shower and sink storage made of black stone were filthy…
The breakfast was at Kaos… and for this hotel category is a no go…

It really blends with the character of the city. I loved the rooms, furnished with wooden floors and marble bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was decent. I wish they improve on overall service, check-in and check-out takes longer time.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of luxury and own style on Avenida 9 de Julio and the obelisk, is notable cleanliness, order. It is very pleasant the attention of its employees, especially of one of the receptionist who provides a great cervicio and attention called Emiliano. The costs are somewhat high, something negative is that the pool can not go the boys guys.

Facility is nice but a little old. Location is very Convenient, close to most attractions and shopping. The 3-star is for service. Not very friendly staff. One friend of us got robbed near the hotel. The staff told him to contact police himself. Another incident occurred when my wife tried to find the restroom on the top pool area. She was told none by the attendant but we found later they are one floor below by a nearby stair. These incidents made us, a group of 26 people, feel not welcomed here!

I have gone to events and always found a comfortable place with very nice facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful classic Hotel in Buenos Aires. Very comfortable and luxurious. Pity the conference room with the somewhat deteriorated chairs and the carpet that leaves a smell of moisture. Some spaces need renovation.

Older building in a great downtown location right at the obelisk and accross the colon theatre. My room was facing the busy street on the 21st floor and was slightly noisy due to a broken window latch. However service was amazing as I had lost my credit cards and passports and they were very patient in helping me check in. Everyone speaks great English. Great views from the pool on the 23rd floor with a nice sauna. Front desk is beyond helpful in booking any tours and whatever you need. Had a Reservation to a great steak restaurant in Palermo called Lo de Jesus and hotel arranged a champagne for our group. Amazing.

Perfect location to explore Buenos Aires! You are greeted with the scent of fresh roses as you walk through the door and the staff is amazing, so kind and helpful. They cater to your every whim. The only negative I have is that the hotel could use some repairs. In my room the wallpaper was peeling, the door to the deck would hardly close (it was bent and dinged like someone took a pry bar to it), the hot water in the tub was missing a piece and these were just a few of the issues with my room. Many more issues like these throughout the hotel, though they did not effect my stay. The breakfast service was wonderful, great selections and they served late. Lunch and dinner at the hotel was perfect, great food. I am sure the hotel was stunning in its day. I gave 5 stars because the overall experience was more than I could ask for!

Very nice room, comfy bed, great breakfast, if you choose that option. The pool is lovely and the 360 degree view of Buenos Aires spectacular. Close to transportation. We had a wonderful stay.

The location was wonderful. Right by the obelisk and close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. The room was a good size and the pool area was very nice. Everyone was very friendly.

Spa on the top floor very nice, prices in accordance with prices in Italy, certainly above the average Argentina, but it is worth it even just for the beautiful view over the city! The beauty Center is "cured" only on specific request to maintain high standards, the Argentine hygienic standards are much lower.

No words. Excellent service, beautiful rooms and no hassle. The food is exquisite and varied with price chords. The only change to highlight is the water in the pool as I would like to filter it more often. The rest impeccable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The 23rd floor very nice and in good condition, maybe you could improve a bit the pool floor, but it is nothing serious. The room was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. Totally recommended. Excellent location.

Very nice place, excellent view to Buenos Aires. The pile is well located on the last floor, but inexplicably broken and dirty. Put a point down for that. Good breakfast but the coffee is intakeable.

Ok hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires. Definitely go up to the 23rd floor pool and terrace. I traveled as part of a large group. There was a convention and marriage in the couple days I was there but didn't feel bothered at all. Had to call numerous times for towels which house keeping forgot to leave. International travellers can by power adapters right in front of the hotel for cheap rather than nearby stores. Very good breakfast spread.

A pretty nice hotel, great location, there is a lot to see and explore around, conveniently located opposite the the theatre. The view from the 23 rd is a must see.

Beautiful hotel, almost perfect, we have spent a phenomenal stay, with sauna, massages and swimming pool. An unparalleled view. Excellent for a romantic evening.

Ok I arrived a little early but what it costs to give me the room three hours before also seen that tomorrow morning at 5:30 am I leaving?

Great hotel in a good location. There's a really cool pool on the top floor/rooftop. The gym/treadmills overlook the pool and you have a great view out of the city. There's a free breakfast as well which is pretty good, but nothing special.

Very nice hotel. Very well taken care of. Very well located for tourists. Amazing view from the highest rooms.

Visit to see rooms for wedding night. Little predisposition on the part of the reception staff, not much knowledge of the rooms.
A previous appointment had been coordinated with reserve staff, but they apparently did not communicate between sectors.
No room stands out, not even the suites, at least for the space required by the bride.
The only good thing was the staff who showed us the rooms, which by the way recommended that we go to another hotel. Another point in favor is the central area.

This was a good hotel 30 years ago but is now slowly falling apart. It definitely lives off its reputation. The view from the 23rd floor is stunning, though.

Excellent service and attention. The lobby and rooms facilities are excellent as well. Guest rooms are a bit small with nice view and a bit oudated.

Great place for congresses and seminars. Rooms well equipped with projectors an microphones. Useful and friendly staff. Can't judge accommodation options, as I used it only during the day.

Pretty nice room, very comfortable and clean, breakfast is kinda boring after a couple of days but not bad at all. Gym and pool are quite good.

The hotel is like. Close to metro station. The room is excellent, spacious. Bath with hydromassage. Near the hotel there is a restaurant with tango dancers dance badly.

Room was big and had a great view to Buenos Aires, was in the 21st floor. The swimming pool, spa and gym are located in the 23rd floor, great facilities and staff is really friendly. Had dinner at restaurant La Luciernaga and was really good though the beef wasn't tender at all. Breakfast was really complete and good quality in general. I really recommend to stay in this hotel at least for a night to enjoy the spa.

Meals are not good at all and rooms are not in good shape. Pésima comida y habitaciones en mal estado.
