Positive: Fantastic location, amazing empanada/pasta place across the road. Anahi is amazing!. Negative: Late night noise from neighbours and via adjoining properties.
Positive: Met some friendly housemates. Great location, close to stop 24 of the city bus tour. Good kitchen facilities.. Negative: Nothing, but it is not a studio. It's a bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat..

A very pleasant and safe haven for travelers. Clean, neat, tidy. Shared living room and kitchen. There are practically no drawbacks. No need for any washing machines as there is a laundromat right across the street. A bag of laundry weighing approximately 3.5 kg is only 700 pesos. A little to the right is the police station. Metro station 300-500 m. Bus stops 100 m., on a parallel street there is a Coto supermarket.
Special thanks to the very friendly staff. Despite the late check-in, we arrived at 10:30 pm, the cleaning lady Veronica was waiting for us at the entrance to take us to the rooms. On the first day, they helped us with currency exchange so that we did not have to run around the city. Printed out our cruise tickets. Always answered our questions in a timely manner and helped us in our journey. Honestly, I want to come back here again.
