Clean and friendly, safe, and enjoyable! It seems to Me a bit high rate x what is the hotel but hopefully that will continue to improve.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is great and very responsive. You've got a breakfast from 8 to 11 am. It has good location, it is two blocks from the beach and from the pedestrian. The rooms have a TV and a balcony. Next to the hotel there is a rotiseria and a block away there is remiseria. I felt very comfortable in the place.

I went a few years ago and the attention had been excellent. Now it seems that the owners changed… we arrived and had trouble charging us with card, they suggested that we do it in cash (not what we had agreed) until they could fix the card. We threw food that we had asked to keep us, we mislaid things (which had to be replenished), the room was super girl, with smell of confinement and a window that looked out to the garage of the owners. The kids screaming from early on, you couldn't rest in that hotel. I don't recommend it at all!

I went 3 years ago and it was buenisimo. I'll get it. E of my daughters who are there and is a fright. They gave a room downstairs in miniature… nor chair… smelly. Change for evil. Not recommended. What I regret most is that they were xq to recommend it.

I met their former owners, and was delighted with the hotel, it was my first choice whenever I went to San Bernardo. Today, three years later I had the opportunity to return to Da Vinci and I was a little disappointed. The breakfast went down a category, I was surprised to drink juice Tang in the morning. The new rooms are more girls, a little damp, very noisy and bright. The beds are more girls in comparison with the ancient and the bedroom doesn't have mirrors. The door does not stay open constantly and to one conditions much to want to enter and that no one is attentive in the reception, the two days that we were there we went through the same thing. The excellent cleaning and care of the new owners impeccable, they are super friendly and attentive. Have many things to improve!

Excellent! We were at the carnival week. Very good family atmosphere! Super loving owners and employees! Excellent cleanliness and very good breakfast! Comfortable rooms! Next door is the Rotiseria open all year very good meals! The location is excellent! Greetings from Marcela, Hernan and Antonelita sends greetings to Felix the janitor and caretaker of the night! The girls of the hotel super friendly! I want to go back.
