We went to dinner the 312, very good attention, Good Food, comfortable space, worth returning.

— TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE —
I called on the phone, checked if they had operational Wi-Fi service. They said yes, I approached the hotel and paid for a room.
Upon entering, I checked that the service did not reach 0.25 MB speed (100 times less than any home service). I contacted the concierge instantly — without using more than the chair and desk — who replied that the next day the technician could repair it.
The technician told me that they reduced their bandwidth to the minimum possible, taking into account the occupancy of the hotel.
The hotel manager of the day 30/10/20 only offered me a 30% bonus on my next stay (which will never exist) after laughing in my face for the situation. I've got everything on tape as a bad anecdote.
I had to leave the hotel and pay for another one because I had a scheduled work meeting.
Color note: very limited breakfast, I wanted to charge $200 for the same as I was already included in the pass. Coffee, a mini part of pastafrola and two toasts.

Beautiful location very spacious.

Very nice spacious rooms. I found the prices of drinks a little disproportionate 90 pesos for a can of soda or king water and 130 for a can of beer. And don't be told anything about the price of parking and have breakfast with that $400 for the car park. How difficult it is. The rest room a 10!

Excellent, very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, with a mirrored wardrobe. Large windows with great view, bathroom with bathtub also all mirrored and spacious. Breakfast with lots of variety and constant replenishment. It is ideal for a good rest. I recommend it.

Poor. Everything going wrong — power cuts people getting stuck in lifts — water not working. Cold showers — then Brown water when it came back. No bacon at breakfast. Sockets failed one night and nobody answers the phone — too busy playing on theirs when I visited the front desk at 1.15 am. not recommended.

Excellent response from the staff in general. Would reinforce a little the reception staff is quite indifferent to complaints. Not so much men but a lady on the afternoon shift. It was the only reason I could lower the kick. But it's not worth it since the rest is very correct.

Good staff predisposition but little investment from the owners… it's a place Q stayed in time and we spent summer nights without air conditioning eg.

Very good location, has the hotel Abasto, modern building, excellent service has restored, and cafeteria, a large room of events among other things. The service is excellent, the staff very friendly, they make you feel very comfortable, I recommend it!

I went to several events at this hotel, before they were OK but this time I was surprised that the food was not as rich as the other times and a dessert that had tasted ugly and old. The previous times it was always very good but this time it decayed a lot. At the hotel I never stay but it looks cute. Abasto is not the best area.

It is a good hotel and it is well located. Near the Metro Carlos Gardel and in front of a shopping center with games for children. Good pool and good care.

The rooms do not correspond to a 5 star hotel, the bed covers were dirty. The staff was very nice. Good location, nice pool, but very small for the amount of people attending the hotel. Good value for money. Good tip: Free Tango classes for guests.

It was a nice hotel, today very left. The elevators do not walk, the bathrooms are full of mushrooms, the current outlets of the rooms do not work. One hurts a nice hotel with little maintenance and they pretend to charge the same as a hotel of category. The garage a disaster, you have to do a course to get the car and probably scratch.

I stayed 3 times. It is not a 5 star hotel… seeing it with good eyes, just 4.
Very good location. The staff were very friendly. The rooms and especially the bathrooms have negative details for lack of maintenance and cleanliness (moisture stains, fungi, brazen paint, broken floor, bathroom doors that do not close completely)

Although the hotel is nice and is in an area where there are no hotels of that port, it lacks better attention and predisposition on the part of the staff. The prices of your restaurant/cafeteria are high. Rooms and hotel overall cute, but the price/quality ratio is not the best.

Mc Donalds Kosher and architecture make the place a tourist attraction. It is worth to know him.

It is a very nice hotel, excellent location, the very comfortable and very clean the service facilities, but the bathrooms are not properly adapted for people with wheelchairs that are independent (doors are narrow and has no bars).

Would someone be so kind d tell me how get the garage?

What?! A 5 stars hotel?! When and how did they get the 5 stars?! OmG! Terrible horrible! Never going back! Please! Think one more time! There are better ones with better prices!

We forgot a bag in the bathroom when we checked out. When we realized what happened we called them to go pick it up. They asked us to come back the next day and gave us the back back. Unfortunately, some items were missing such as our perfume/cologne. The chief of security was basically calling us liars and told us that he didn't have these items. Very bad experience, a simple, we are sorry, we don't know what happened, we will investigate and keep you posted would have made everything smoother.
