The place is great what super recommend.

Very nice place, with pool and outdoor tables, good location, comfortable and clean rooms, bad or has parking is on the sidewalk.

The place is beautiful, the beach a few blocks away, like the center, very good to enjoy with the family and very quiet.

Against: Noise of trucks loading and unloading at McDonald every 10 minutes. The apartments are small and basic.
The attention either right or wrong.

The duplex are old, you notice a lot of lack of maintenance, also if you are stuck to the grills, you have to hold the noise and you are filled with smell of smoke. The Wi-Fi signal does not reach the last apartments, so you have to go out to the park to use it. The location is very good, you are in the heart and a few blocks from the beach, which allows you to not need to use the car, however you have to endure the smell of fat and frying Mc McDonald all day.

We went in January 2018. I don't recommend because it is expensive for what they offer. To the place lacks maintenance, for example bad mattresses, walls with humidity, the oven did not work (it meant having to eat much outside), few utensils to cook and in bad condition and the fan of foot was oxidized with bad smell. On the other hand, they also have problems in the administration of the place, we were napping and a man surprised us by putting a glue with a lot of smell to the windows, did not ask permission and also warned us to have precautions. The common space is pretty good but the pool has a green color and looks dirty, lack of maintenance. The smell of Mc McDonald is constant, I think there are much better options to rest on holiday for the same price.

Very nice. They started fixing it since they bought it from new owners. But he lacks details. For example I had to complain because the kettle was rusty. And I had to wait for the other day to get a jug in replacement. The park is very good especially to come with guys.

Until the season 2016 is called TAMPU Group Tilcara. A place geniál to enjoy the holidays in Pinamar. Now change the management and also the name for MIRAVERDE, maintaining the same essence so I recommend it!
