The concierge service a disaster, my husband had to go down 2 times because they did not attend to claim that the hot water tap did not work, after more than an hour they sent to maintenance to solve the problem. Regarding breakfast we called to take it to the room and it took an hour and a half, according to the girl in charge of breakfast they had not warned anything from the concierge. We complained about a lamp that was almost loose and they did not come to accommodate it. The only good breakfast and rooms but the attention leaves much to be desired. I don't recommend it.

Well located, does not indicate amount of stars but must be in a 3 star. The rooms are very comfortable. It is well maintained but you have to improve certain details regarding the ambience, such as the lighting of the hotel's dining room is very cold. For my taste should be warm and put some environmental music that amenice the bad acoustics of space.

The only thing is that we booked the 720 and when we arrived we got the 916 why ours was busy and the one we had had no matrimonial bed, they were 2 beds of 1 square together. This hotel is nasty beyond the beautiful lobby. Perhaps a renovation will be finished someday. But the hallways and rooms are in terrible shape. The rooms were filthy. And there's a distinct lack of customer service by the management of the hotel. There are just way too many other hotels in Mar del Plata at the same price that offer better rooms. The location is excellent but the majority of the rooms are definitely no more than a one star hotel.
