Spacious cabins with very good service and attention. A negative point could be that there is no replacement of the shower product set after the Q is supplied (soap, shampoo, conditioner). The same goes for the kitchen product (paper roll, detergent) but as I always carry my own products, in my case did not influence.

Good service, accessible prices in the bar and perfect recreation for kids. The resort is very nice but they definitely have to improve the temperature of the pool. They sell it as warm water and it's very cold.

It's not a price-quality ratio. The pool is not air-conditioned as they say, and the cabins do not have A/C in all rooms. We were in a cabin for 6 people with 2 rooms and only had air in the matrimonial room. It was very hot, we were not approached by a fan. Utensils basic cooking was missing.

Horrible atención por parte del supuesto recepcionista. Supuesto porque nunca está. Maleducado y ausente durante toda la estadía. Además claramente ahorró en todas las instalaciones porque sólo había cuatro cuchillos, cuatro tenedores y así. Solamente lo justo. No podíamos invitar a nadie. No hay ni una división entre las camas de abajo y la cocina o la habitación de arriba, o sea que privacidad cero. Las paredes de cartón parecían porque escuchábamos todo lo que hacían las cabañas de al lado. Es una pena porque es un lindo lugar con buena ubicación.

Very nice place, but unfortunately I felt ripped off because the pool is not heated as I was sold. It was freezing. If I'd known, I wouldn't have gone. A shame but it is, and do not come with solar panels, is not heated.

Excellent place, pool, peace, full breakfast and very rich not only with crescents but also with a couple of bills, cold, orange squeeze, super fresh and rich everything. The food at the bar is also excellent. They offer a wide variety of books, board games and movies to entertain theself. The bed was very comfortable. Very thought ful for you to be at home, the laundry shop, the lounge chairs and the umbrella, all ideal for a dream holiday. While it is true that the Internet does not work very well by just unplugging and plugging the modem fixes the problem. We received excellent attention from all of us.
