Unfortunately on our last stay we were UNable to enjoy either the amenities or the tranquility of the hotel. Since 3 contingents of graduates were housed. Basically rest and relaxation was impossible, the use of common areas such as swimming pool, solarium or restaurant, was limited, and we were subjected to the cries of graduates, accompanying adults and / or coordinators, added to the volume of the "music" that enlivened the student gatherings that prevented rest especially in the hours of the siesta and the night.
When we hired at no time we were informed that these contingents were going to be in the hotel, giving us the possibility to choose, once informed, if we wanted to share our scarce vacation time, or the possibility of changing our date of stay.
We will be very present when choosing where to stay in the future, I greet you very atte.

Excellent hotel for holidays with children. Simple. Good animation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Possibility of dinner and lunch at the hotel with reasonable prices and good food. We went 4 families with 10 children and had a beautiful holiday! Thank you Roberto for your patience! It should improve the cleanliness of the pool.

Negative: It's over the road, away from the beach.
I asked for an adaptor for the plugs and a pillow and they didn't have either of the two. Finally to go in winter you have to go outdoors to get from one place to another.
Positive: Nice hotel. The people who work treated us very well. The heated pool is not so hot and has little chlorine. Very good massages.

A fantastic resort to enjoy all year round, as a couple or as a family. The service is impeccable and the facilities with all the comfort to spend a memorable stay. I would recommend it without hesitation!

Not quite pleasant my experience in a hotel that is more image than comfort. Full of details that screw, like refrigerators that do not cool, food dishes small and expensive, a card system that does not work at all well, lack of physical soaps (they give you liquid soap). We Went as a family for the New Year's party. We Never live such a bad experience at some other similar event. I Really thought it was a serious and responsible hotel, I stay with the company to which I work for a convention for 3 days 18, 19 and 20, to retire I realize that I forget a trouser in my room call the same and tell me that they had not finished the limp N of it. I was in the hotel from the 6/1/2017 to 12/1/2017. Rating 1 out of 10. The 9/1 day that it rained intensely and pass through Cariló was very difficult, I arrived at the hotel at 1.30 am because we had an event fliar. We could not enter the hotel because their doors were locked, my husband called him on the phone, we were looking for some way to hear us: impossible. We took refuge in the home she rented our daughter with the inconvenience of course we produce, and we came back at 7: 30 am. The result is the same, no one attended. We afforded, now that it was day, another surprise: the door was another costume, because you could enter the rooms from the side, without the need of door. That is to say, the hotel is the insecurity full. In addition the tub is cachada, the area in general is very poor. In summary: 4 stars nothing. I was in the cold season and in the hallways feels much. In the bathrooms of the GYM (which seems to me very little 1 bathrooms for each sex), they could put shampo, cream rinse and soap as in all hotels of this category.
