The worst service I have ever recieved. The rudest, most prejudiced members of staff. They never smile. They treat us we are an inconvenience even though we are paying to stay. They tried to charge us 7.600kz for two plates of rice, vegetables and beans. Just let that sink in… They tried to charge us 15 dollars for some rice… This is crazy. The next morning, they gave us a ride to a hotel. They spent the whole time speaking about us thinking that we do not understand Portuguese. We do not speak Portuguese but we can listen and understand. They were saying very derogatory things about us, personal things… I quote "English, French, German people are bad customers who never want to pay" even though we were paying 8.000kz for a ride! They told us there was no taxi and we had to pay 5x the amount. Two minutes later we see a taxi… (please see attached photo). The safe in the room also did not work. The room was large and the bed was comfortable however. It is a shame the service let's the place down given this is not cheap accommodation.
