Review of Abba Xalet Suites Hotel 4*

Despite the general positive impression of the exterior, cozy interior, convenient location, delicious breakfasts, we have faced with a few misunderstandings during our stay at Abba Xalet Suites. Basically, all problems were due to weak communications between front-office and different hotel departments. But I would like to pay your attention to the situation on the last night of our stay. On the evening of January 12, in the hotel restaurant celebrated someone's birthday (most likely not a guest, but a local resident) : the hall was decorated with balls, audio equipment and acoustic systems were placed. Firstly event was more or less calm. Hoping to take a little nap before the night travel at 11:00 PM we woke up from the sounds of electric guitars and karaoke performed by the guests. The sound insulation in the hotel is very low, so the sensations were such that the "concert" is in our room. At a time when parents were celebrating their 10-11 year old children were running around the hotel shouting under the windows of tourists.
At 00:05 I could not stand it and went down to the hall to ask how long this concert will last. The employee without any apology replied that until two o'clock in the morning. At 1:30 AM we were taken to the airport by the bus, so we could not sleep. I do not know if Andorra has any rules, laws regarding silence after 11:00 PM, but in any case, the hotel is not a nightclub and at night most of the guests want to relax in silence.
We would like to return to Abba Xalet Suites, but on conditions that such incidents will not happen again.
